Ashley is a super chill laid back yogi who will meet you exactly where you are at. You don't have to worry if you aren't the "yoga type" because Ashley is super genuine and loves working with non-traditional yogis. She is really well trained and teaches at some of the best studios in the city. Love working with her.

I attended Bindu's Triyoga classes 2/3 times a week from 2011 to 2015. I had previously done yoga a few years. When I started doing triyoga with Bindu, triyoga was new to me. It took me a number of weeks to get used to it, but then I started to love it, and would never change to any other type of yoga. Bindu is an exceptional teacher, and I miss her tremendously.

I have been going to Danielle for over 2 years in private yoga sessions. I originally started going once a week and after a few months I began to create my workout schedule around my yoga sessions with Danielle! I currently practice with her 3 to 4 times per week and she is absolutely the best yoga instructor! She is professional and very personable. I play a lot of competitive golf and I cant say enough what my sessions with Danielle have done for my golf game.

If you think the beach is relaxing...try yoga at the beach with Sharon Fruchtman. You will feel like you've had a retreat. Sharon is gentle and pushes you to do and try things with your yoga practice that you may have been reluctant to try in the past...handstand? headstand? Try it...you'll love it.

Alison worked to host a beautiful female-empowerment yoga and ceremony for my bridal party on the morning of my wedding day. It was a wonderful experience for everyone that was involved. I would highly recommend utilizing Alison's experience to host a yoga class for an important event, work related or personal, or really for any situation where you'd like to have a yoga teacher! She has experience working in varying settings and I'm sure would do a wonderful job.

      About

I come from a religious backroung in Romania.I was introduced to yoga by my husband who, years later, supported me in receiveing my certification as yoga instructor. Yoga for me is a way of healing, loving and understanding yourself , and through that state being able to help others in their journey with themselves. Yoga gave me a better relationship with my body, a different point of of loving myself and accepting myself and my body how it is, this is way I teach clotehd or nude sesions. I practice a slow Vinyasa flow with accent on breathing. The sesion beggins with centering and chanting, followed by the assana practice and ending with a meditation.
