Jaisen is great. He's easy to communicate with and he absolutely pushes me to my limits during a workout. He pays attention to my health conditions and adjusts the workout to avoid injury. He also adjusts the intensity level according to my feedbacks so that I get the right amount of exercise I need to reach my goal. I can see that my workouts are definitely much more effective with him than by myself.
I am currently training for the tough mudder, but was also looking for a new workout. I have been doing Insanity for 4 months now and p90x for a few years. These workouts have become monotonous so I threw Dewaynes bootcamp in the mix. I find Dewaynes training technique challenging , motivating and rewarding. He is attentive and pushes you. I understand you only get out what you put in and as a result I am motivated to drive through the pain and make the workout as beneficial as possible. The Intense interval training with elevated heart rate will assure results for anyone willing to confront physical challenge presented in his classes.
I have always been a runner and focused on lifting. I worked out with Joey twice and really enjoy the types of exercises we do - more high intensity with compound movements. Very different from the lifting I've done before but very challenging yet invigorating. I feel more energized leaving than when I came in the door. Excited to continue to see the progress in the way I look and the amount of strength gained. Although he is very skilled and professional, he takes the time to make a personal connection which I appreciate very much. I'm really looking for a trainer who's invested in seeing me progress and I feel that he is 100%!
I would highly recommend Charles! He is really dedicated, affordable, and goes above and beyond. This is my first personal training experience and he has such a friendly and welcoming personality. I love that he provides high intensity workouts that challenge me and are personalized to my goals. No workout has been the same and he incorporates so many different forms of exercise which makes the experience interesting. He also provides workout plans for when we don't meet and gives me diet tips. Since working with him I have a lot more energy and my mood throughout the day has improved. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience so far.
I’ve been training with Serge for almost 3 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week and I really enjoy the variety & challenge he puts into the sessions. I must be a glutton for punishment. Serge is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. My fitness level has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my strength, coordination and he generally pushes me harder throughout each session. I really look forward to my workouts.
I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. My husband and I have been training with Gil & Trinnie since June now and we continue to do so! They are so good at what they do - we are seeing results in both weight loss & getting stronger. They are very flexible with our fluctuating schedules and tailor the work outs to our bodies. It's hard work and they do push us as needed but are also caring if it's just too much for us sometimes . Both Trinnie & Gil are so enjoyable to work with and helpful with diet as well. They've changed our mindset and lifestyle for the better and highly recommend anyone in the area that needs help working out, on weight lossz, strength training, etc. They're the best!!
i have been training with Brenda for 9 months now and she is great! Before Brenda, I did have a very good trainer in another city but then I moved to NYC, so I knew what the standard was for someone who would push you but also understand your personal needs and tailor the workout to make sure you are satisfied. I used Thumbtack to find a trainer and read positive reviews about Brenda and decided to give it a try--she has lived up to all expectations. Her schedule is flexible so she can meet you when and where is best for you (some trainers' schedules are too packed and if you're 5 minutes late, they take 5 min off the end of your session, or do not let you reschedule a session without giving you a hard time). She tailors the workouts so if you want to do something on a particular day or are feeling a bit sore in one area, she will work around that but still make sure you are getting an intense workout. Brenda is friendly and personable to talk to and will advise you on anything from nutrition to specific workout regimens to improve a muscle group. It's important to find a trainer who you really get along with and feel comfortable around, and I have found it very easy to work with Brenda. I'm 100% satisfied--highly recommended!
Fabulous trainer. He's always given me a intense workout and helped me with my diet. He is great with communication also. I have been able to lean up and tone up with him. Highly recommended
I would highly recommend Chris as a trainer. Around a year ago I decided to get a trainer to work on strength and improve my workouts. I've been training with him since then. He keeps the workouts interesting and challenging, pushing me to get outside of my comfort zone, within reason. Chris gives me feedback on form and technique, and does it in a constructive way. Great to have him as my trainer!
I've been working with Marvin for the past 2 months now, and he has been consistently helpful, professional, and easy to work and schedule with. He has always been encouraging and specific with his suggestions and responses to my questions about workouts, nutrition, and other issues. The workouts are intense, varied, and exhausting, but I am seeing results both in my general level of fitness and in my level of endurance and strength. I cannot recommend Marvin too highly!
I have had a fantastic experience working with Herbie and I plan on working with him for the foreseeable future. I have done a number of one off training sessions with other trainers but never met anyone I wanted to keep working with until meeting Herbie. I see Herbie once or twice a week and I always look forward to it. I started seeing results after our first few sessions. I told him I wanted intense sessions to build muscle and add some cardio and he definitely delivered. He will tailor a program to your goals and physical aptitude. He has a great attitude and is a great motivator. He even helped me improve a problem with my posture. I can't recommend him enough. He has never been late once, he is very professional and on top of everything. Working with him has been a highlight of my summer.
Henry is a great fitness instructor. He pushes you to do the exercise routines the *right* way and the exercise routines are very effective. Whether it is cardiovascular exercise or strength-training with free weights, he knows exactly what parts of the body to target. He also has some excellent nutritional advice to give; all you have to do is ask him. Like anything else, you have to bring a "reason why" to every session. His routines, with proper diet, will get you in shape and you will definitely feel the difference in your future cardiovascular activities. See him first!
I'm always on the go, and fitting in time to go to the gym is not always in the cards with my schedule. Being able to work with Erika and Mobile Fitness, in the comforts of my home, on MY time has been awesome! As a former athlete, when she arrived at my home with a couple small 30lb weights, I thought our workout would be a 'cake-walk'... I don't think I've sweat so hard in YEARS! I used to think that I could only get a solid workout in a gym, with HEAVY free weights and/or 'pumping iron', but in our sessions, she would (for lack of better words) kick my butt with lots of body weight focused workouts, resistance bands, and high intensity training! She even addressed multiple issues with my knee mobility (which I had lots of problems and issues with in the past, but no more!). I'm BEYOND pleased with the results I've gained through Mobile Fitness and can't wait to see what kind of results I'll reach in 2018!
Lauren is an awesome trainer to work with! I look forward to our twice-weekly sessions and get really upset when I have to miss one. My favorite thing about Lauren is that she is really mindful of people's struggles and insecurities while training. For example, one of my biggest problems training-wise is being injury prone after 2 decades of high-level sports that have wreaked havoc on my body. Lauren is wonderful about helping me work around my injuries and keeping me fit and strong despite them. I have been working back from a rotator cuff injury and recently regained full mobility in the shoulder again. Despite the limitations of my injury Lauren has helped me work around them and develop some killer abs while I waited for it to heal! She has a holistic approach to health/fitness that includes nutrition advice and occasional monitoring (if you need it)! She has spent a lot of time outside of our normal training hours helping me find protein sources to balance my diet while avoiding some of the less healthy options out there (I have a nut allergy that makes getting sufficient protein in my diet more difficult). I really love working with her and would highly recommend training with her. Even if you are nervous due to injury, dietary struggles, or just generally fear the gym you should really give it a try...it's so much better when you have someone cheering you on!
The best in the business! I was very lucky to train with Curtis for 4-5 months. My experience was nothing less than incredible. His influence extended beyond our sessions. Curtis will push you outside your comfort zone, to limits you don't think are attainable. He showed on a daily basis that he truly cares about his clients. Id worked out plenty before meeting Cody but had not done so in some time when I met him. In a matter of months he helped me shed the extra pounds and drove me to achieve even more. My waist shrank a few inches as my muscles grew. From the beginning we worked out outside taking advantage of the local parks. I had always considered weightlifting to be a boring type of exercise but now looked forward to working out because it was completely different than holing up in the gym. Training sessions with Cody are intense from start to finish, well-planned, and personalized for my specific goals, abilities, and objectives. Cody is 100% present during training sessions, focused on me, his client. During the sessions, I feel challenged but confident, secure that he is guiding me with knowledge, experience, and attention to form. He takes the "personal" part of "personal training" just as seriously as the "training" part, and makes me feel like my goals are as important to him as they are to me.
George wemt above and beyond. After being sidelined with an IT band injury in the middle of training for a marathon, George assured me that I would be back up and running in no time, with the proper care. He spent nearly an hour working with me on purely foam rolling, and then spent the time to walk through strength exercises to prevent further or recurring injury. He even helped establish what foods would help in my training, both during recovery and during the training itself. I provide the highest recommendation for George!
