I have had three personal trainers at different times in my life. Neil absolutely is the best one! He is very professional! I have been training with him for over six months. He helped improve my workout to another level within the first 3 weeks. And my body shape changed very quickly. I cannot run due to my knee problems. Neil has helped me figure out a way to do a good cardio without hurting my knees: walking on the treadmill for one hour with incline 15 and speed 3.0. He is very knowledgeable and professional!!!!! I started training with Michael little over a year ago. After discussing my personal goals Michael came up with a workout plan which suited me really well. It started with pure strength but and gradually shifted to more metabolic and Trx kind of stuff. At all points Michael stayed attentive to my body's response to the training and we worked out through some injuries as well. Like a fractured hand and fractured foot (separate occasions).
