Greg is the ultimate professional honestly the most professional trainer I've ever met and I've met many "trainers". Greg made me feel very comfortable starting with our first email. He pushes me through my workout in such a positive way that I'm surprised at what I am capable of doing. Extremely happy. We will be working together for a long time.
One word: Transformative. If I were asked to name one person who "brought the groove back" to training, it would be Kadian (a.k.a. Niko) 1. Professional 2. Knows what he's doing and talking about. He is a science guy buy doesn't make you listen to a whole science lecture while you're trying to get the position right and count your reps (unlike some trainers.) 3. Listens to your individual needs, and will adjust accordingly 4. Approachable, motivational, and most importantly, makes you look forward to your next session! I've always dreaded working with trainers, but love going to the gym generally (machines used to be heaven!). But I needed to stir things up and my routine was getting too boring, and thankfully, I was sent this angel to guide me. Location is great for me and I look forward to our next session.
I have hired many trainers throughout my life, and I can say with much assurance that none have met the standard that Charles has displayed. Not only does he come on time and work around my schedule, but since I've hired him I have seen a significant change in the shape of my body, as well as what I've been putting into my body. Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.

Andre Tosado has helped me alot. I came to him looking for personal training. He is alway helpful, very kind, but at the same time will push you to do your best and push past your limits. I started working out with Ian a few years ago based on a friend's recommendation. After years of working out with other trainers and not getting the results I was looking for I was somewhat reluctant. I decided to give Ian a try and within a few weeks I began to see results. At this point in my life I'm probably in the best shape of my life. I think the key to the success and what I like most about Ian is that he is not just a one trick pony. He was able to customize my workout routine to meet my personal needs. So many other trainers would just give me the same routine they used for their other clients and it never felt right to me. Ian had a good grasp on the various techniques and supplements his workouts with recommendations on healthy eating. He also holds me accountable but without being too pushy. I would recommend Ian to anyone who is looking to get results from their workouts.
Gilbert and Trinity are great trainers. They can be tough but encouraging, and help me to work on different muscles of my body each time.
i have been training with Brenda for 9 months now and she is great! Before Brenda, I did have a very good trainer in another city but then I moved to NYC, so I knew what the standard was for someone who would push you but also understand your personal needs and tailor the workout to make sure you are satisfied. I used Thumbtack to find a trainer and read positive reviews about Brenda and decided to give it a try--she has lived up to all expectations. Her schedule is flexible so she can meet you when and where is best for you (some trainers' schedules are too packed and if you're 5 minutes late, they take 5 min off the end of your session, or do not let you reschedule a session without giving you a hard time). She tailors the workouts so if you want to do something on a particular day or are feeling a bit sore in one area, she will work around that but still make sure you are getting an intense workout. Brenda is friendly and personable to talk to and will advise you on anything from nutrition to specific workout regimens to improve a muscle group. It's important to find a trainer who you really get along with and feel comfortable around, and I have found it very easy to work with Brenda. I'm 100% satisfied--highly recommended!
Ratul is the best trainer I've ever had an the best bang for the buck! Unlike the other trainers that I've encountered, Ratul makes sure that I get the best workout in and is not a clock watcher. He is constantly checking in with me by texts and in his food tracking app to make sure I'm staying on plan. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
Ed is a great trainer, he listens to your needs and works with you to accomplish your goals. He's also incredibly nice and kind, gets to know everyone at the gym and really makes you feel more comfortable
I started with Chris a few weeks ago. He has helped me get back into a gym schedule and I've definitely been feeling stronger already. He also gave me a couple home workouts to do on my own which is super helpful on the days I get stuck late at the office and can't get to the gym. Glad I made the commitment to finally start training!
Kirsten is an amazing trainer/coach. I asked her for help to lose post-baby stomach/fat but she has gone far above that. She employs great and varying routines and stresses the need for balance in your workouts (i.e. not just losing stomach fat) - which I have learned is so critical to re-shaping your body. Kirsten has been so helpful in correcting and teaching me how to perform the correct postures, and also takes time to explain the purpose of each training so that our home sessions can be more productive and efficient in a limited time. I have tried other training at gyms and by watching YouTube/DVDs myself but it was not particularly helpful. But Kirsten is very knowledgeable and encouraging, and much better than other trainers I have worked with at other various gyms and clubs.
Chris has been training me for over a year now and the transformation is remarkable. As a former athlete and now new mom I was having trouble getting my body back to the pre-baby shape I was used to being in. Chris's approach was wonderful in that we talked about where I wanted togged to, what i was willing to do (frequency and nutrition) and he really customized his approach based on my individual wants, concerns, and body type. Most trainers feel like they have 1 or 2 methods they apply to everyone but for me i liked the personal approach Chris has had with me. I highly recommend Chris and PTbyCV! .... results: so far i am down 30lbs in 8 months but whats better than the number on the scale is how in shape and energized I feel. You can't put a price on results!

Wes is a GREAT trainer...and I’ve had a few, so I know. He’s friendly, punctual, responsive and really knows how to train and motivate you. He watches you throughout your sessions and adjusts as needed. He talks to you throughout, both about your workout, but also creates a fun atmosphere with good conversation so you’re not bored. He’s just an overall nice guy who is worth his weight in gold. Thank you, Wes, for a quality experience.

I hired Lauren to help me fix my coordination, teach me how to properly workout while dealing with my back pain. Id worked out plenty before meeting Cody but had not done so in some time when I met him. In a matter of months he helped me shed the extra pounds and drove me to achieve even more. My waist shrank a few inches as my muscles grew. From the beginning we worked out outside taking advantage of the local parks. I had always considered weightlifting to be a boring type of exercise but now looked forward to working out because it was completely different than holing up in the gym. Training sessions with Cody are intense from start to finish, well-planned, and personalized for my specific goals, abilities, and objectives.
