    Lee Anderson was fantastic to work with. He was always accessible either by phone, text or in-person meeting and was very knowledgeable about the real estate market we were looking at, always giving us good advice on how to proceed with an offer or how to approach a certain situation.     We initially hired Luke to put together some Ikea furniture together for our office in Pleasantville. He was very professional and reasonably priced. We hired him again for a major project that we had been mulling over for months and he came in (understood our design vision) and beautifully finished our conference room wall using wood wall planks that we'd purchased from Inhabit. It has been such a pleasure working with Luke on the couple of projects that we'd hired him for. We just wish we had more for him to do. I highly recommend him for any projects that you have small or large.

    What's the difference between a real estate broker and an agent?

    Real estate agents and real estate brokers both help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, real estate brokers are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Real estate agents cannot have their own real estate office and must work under a broker. Real estate brokers often have real estate firms and employ real estate agents.     What do real estate agents charge?

    Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale. In traditional real estate, there is a buyer’s agent and a seller’s agent.
