Rhonda is a very good person, but tough trainer. She worked with me for something like year until I was able to manage my sport activity myself. She also provided good advices about diet.
My boyfriend and I have been working with Cedric for the last 5 weeks and I'm starting to notice a difference already. I feel stronger and have more energy since we started working together. Cedric understands our goals and some of our injury related limitations and tailors workouts to meet our needs. He's encouraging and knowledgeable and is keeping us motivated. Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. Rich is easy to work with and has an upbeat personality. He is very knowledgeable in weight training and optimizing the strength vs. cardio ratio to help you achieve your goals.

Mike Clancy is simply exceptional! He is energetic, knowledgeable, and you can feel the passion that he has for his work. I have had other trainers in the past, and I can say with 100% certainty that none of them come close to what I experience three times a week with him in the gym. Expect to be worked hard, but also reap the results. Mike, my glutes salute you.
Adam is a fabulous trainer with extensive knowledge of all sorts of training modalities. I have never done the same workout twice with him, and the incorporation of boxing, Pilates, kettle bells, etc. keeps things interesting. He is also kind, patient and encouraging. I leave every session feeling stronger and more accomplished. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

Rafael was great at constantly working with me and motivating me. Work has me on the road extensively. So, it was important for me to work with someone who could constantly adapt my workout and diets to account for the changing environments. Rafael scripted workouts for the gym, when I was home; for free weights when I was in a hotel; even plyometric/bands when I was off on a cruise. At the end of it all, Rafael taught me how to nourish and train my body so I can always maximize the results of any program I pursue.
As a retired athlete and already established fitness addict, I was beginning to run out of new challenging exercises for my strength sessions. I wanted to build more muscle but without compromising my cardio training. Keith gave me a whole new approach to try with much heavier weights and slower movements with a lot of plyometrics thrown in. He goes through diet breakdown in great detail too, and other lifestyle factors. It’s refreshing to see a trainer taking an attainable approach to their client instead of what they think is best!
Gillian is a great motivator with extensive knowledge in her field. When I began training with Gillian I saw my energy levels soar and also became very fit and toned. Gillian not only helps you stay motivated, but also teaches you the correct way to use the gym to suit your specific goals. Gillian is very professional but is easy and fun to work with.
He did a wonderful job helping me rehab an injured shoulder. I am not a gym novice by any means and he still managed to surprise me with new and improved movements to help my injuries get back to where they should be so that I could get back to my normal gym routine. He is more knowledgeable than many "trainers" I have come across and I will be continuing my training with him. Highly recommended
Emma's a wonderful trainer! Enthusiastic without being overbearing or pedantic. Attentive, knowledgable, focused, engaged, and, most importantly, very thoughtful about her mission to get you fit. She really has an intuitive sense of what your body needs, where you're at physically, and how much or how little you need on any given day. And her workouts are definitely not your average workouts! Each day the exercises are very different, not only different muscle groups, but workouts for different goals (stamina, strength, tone, etc). One day you'll be mixing up cardio and strength exercises, the next you'll be doing slow-burn stamina exercises with periodic blasts of boxing. Compound exercises, isometrics, plyometrics, kettle balls, bosu balls, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, skipping rope - she'll throw them all at you. Never, ever monotonous. After two years of training with her, I'm still discovering different ways to engage my body, still becoming more aware of my fitness level on a more holistic level, and I love that! She's pretty nice too. (though telling her that won't get you an easier workout. I tried!) She'll push you, she'll nudge you, she'll will you into better shape. And you're going to love it. The best.

Chris has his own unique style of personal training—combining CrossFit with compound with plyometrics. He crafts your workout specific to your goals, flexible in his approach based on your needs. Levar is highly knowledgeable about boxing, both from a conditioning standpoint as well as mental. He has been training for over twenty years—post his professional boxing career. Lloyd Cummings inspires me to workout hard and it makes me want more each time I see a difference in my body. I love weight lifting and when he incorporated Plyometrics in my workout it made me stronger.
I have competed at the highest levels of sports competition, and have trained with many fitness professionals. I can say without a doubt that Jay is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with.
