I am currently training for the tough mudder, but was also looking for a new workout. I have been doing Insanity for 4 months now and p90x for a few years. These workouts have become monotonous so I threw Dewaynes bootcamp in the mix. I find Dewaynes training technique challenging , motivating and rewarding. He is attentive and pushes you. I understand you only get out what you put in and as a result I am motivated to drive through the pain and make the workout as beneficial as possible. The Intense interval training with elevated heart rate will assure results for anyone willing to confront physical challenge presented in his classes.
There's no waisting time with this guy, but that's what you would expect with a former military trainer. He pushes hard but obviously at the level you're at. I'm a beginner but it's clear he's a pro. He knows the body very well, and recognized my strengths and weaknesses the first session. Joey explains very thoroughly and has a lot of patience, I thought he would scream at me like a bootcamp trainer haha but he was actually very kind and professional. I highly recommend!
Brenda is an excellent personal trainer and the best personal trainer I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and flexible to individual clients’ needs. Brenda has adjusted routines throughout my pregnancy, surgical recovery, various orthopedic injuries (wrist tendinitis, ankle sprain, knee strain, back pain) and keeps our sessions new and fresh even after more than 4 years together. Training with Brenda always challenges me and pushes me passed where I would go myself and in a safe and effective way. I appreciate her willingness to come train almost any day or time. Training with Margaret isn't something that you do just to improve your health and stamina, it's a positive lifestyle choice. I've taken Margaret's H2O Bootcamp course which felt more like running a 1/2 marathon both in terms of the amount of energy expended in one hour as well as the immense pride that I felt after completing each class. I've also trained with Margaret in one-on-one and small group training sessions. She is a knowledgeable master motivator who manages to not only get the job done but makes you feel good throughout the process! I recommend her without any reservations whatsoever. Margaret is a trainer beyond compare!!!

Karen has been my boot camp instructor at Personal Best in Garwood since Dec. 2009. Karen helped me to get back into shape. I wanted to get back into working out but was having a hard time at the Gym by myself. She provided me with exercises that were appropriate for my body and helped me to loose weight. Each boot camp class is different, which I like a lot! She pushes me to perform at my best, which is what I need. I even continued to attend Karen's bootcamp classes during my two pregnancies, and she helped to modify the exercises for me, plus she was very knowledgable about what I could and couldn't do while pregnant. RETRO GLAM, an all female band signed to Premier Entertainment Group/SonyRED had the pleasure training with Lauren "LC" Wells in her super intense private "Bootcamp" group sessions. I have been working with Nicole 3 days/week in morning "Bootcamp" style sessions for the past 4 years. In addition to these group sessions, she provides nutritional education and advice, assesses fitness trends and provides personal, individualized fitness and nutritional goals. I always feel she is well informed of the constant changes in the fitness world. She always takes into consideration age, lifestyle and personality of each student in the class.
What can I say about this trainer Offer Cohen. Well that Offer is an hard working trainer who finds and figures out a exercise plan to fit you and your needs with lots of compassion and cares for everyone he comes across and will do anything to figure out what is going on with you and your body personally. If the fit part works for you and then the weight does not come down then he will help you with a meal plan for your eating to become better in recognition of what is good and bad for you. As for me he worked wonders. I lost 71 pounds but in the course of two summers I struggled and gained it back but he and I figured that it might be more than food and exercise it might be chemically wrong with me but I will shortly get blood work done with the doctor and figure out the issues if there is any. In the mean time I still see Offer one on one training as well in his Bootcamp classes at Xceed Fitness with his other instructors and I will be back on track. If you and others have issues with weight or need to get in shape from toning to maintaining or weight loss,Offer Cohen is the person is the one to have and he can clarify and help you out like he has done for me through out the years!!! Lenny and Dario at Personal Best are...well...the best!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. Within the first year of training there I was down 80 pounds!!! I am coming to the end of year number two with an additional 30 pounds lost for a total of 110 pounds that went bye-bye. That's the obvious benefit of my time at PB Fitness. Their facility is always clean and has the latest equipment. They are always furthering their own education researching the latest in diet and exercise and bringing that education to their clients. I've become so interested in diet and fitness because of the gym that I've started down the road of becoming a trainer myself. Another thing I love is their attention to me as an individual. They do not have cookie cutter big box gym diet and exercise programs that they just hand out to everyone. They take the time to understand what I specifically needed. Took into account past injuries, what I enjoy doing, what my specific goals are, and things like family history, allergies, and food sensitivities on the diet side. Before working with Destiny, I was thinking about training for about a year (or two) because the gym and bootcamps were not getting me the results I wanted. Long story short, I started with Destiny 6 months ago. I have to admit, it was slow moving for the first two months because we only met once a week and I didn't do what I was supposed to. Just when I was going to give up.. I gave it one last go and asked her what I needed to do to get exactly what I wanted.. I didnt like what she had to say but I jumped in..made the investment in her..but really me and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner!! If you are thinking about it..do it! I recommend Destiny with my strongest muscle! You may not like everything you have to do but you will be happy you did!! I am very happy with the changes I see in my body! I feel confident!
My time spent in the Untamed Beings Bootcamp was challenging, tiresome, and straineous in the best ways imaginable. The head trainer Eric McClain is an excellent motivator, clear and fluent demonstrator, and one to make you feel comfortable not only with new excersizes, but with pushing your limits. I would recommend to anyone looking for a physical challenge with tremendous payoff.

I took a few bootcamp classes before, but I was truly impressed after I tried Xceed. The wide variation of exercises provided a true full body workout and I felt great after I left the class. There was a good group of people and we all had great time. The instructors are awesome ans made the class fun. They also offer nutritional planning and the price is cheaper than any local bootcamps.
