I decided to hire a Life Coach to talk to 22 young men and women in their early '20s who were uncertain about their future as they were entering the real world. They were anxious, afraid, unsure, many with low self-esteem (though many had done great in their respective colleges) and just didn't know what steps were necessary to not only blend in but excel in their jobs or positions they were looking for in their fields. We had the pleasure of bringing in Mr. Stone who with his larger than life personality, confidence and assurance woke the group up and explained that there was a path out of the woods, you just had to be shown where the clearing was and the rest would take care of itself. He listened carefully to many of the young people, and made sure everyone who spoke felt like their question meant something, assimilated down the fundamentals that were collectively necessary to get them to realize there was an answer; and more than one answer to their issue(s). Through his entrepreneurial background as an Investment Banker to a Producer in Hollywood, to a Private Jet Executive to a Manager of the top 100 Poker Players in the world to being an International Real Estate Executive doing transactions worldwide; his talk just captivated the audience with stories of the down and out (some well known) who turned their lives around using the right tools and told those in the audience they were far ahead of the earlier mentioned people he spoke about in his stories; and he knows exactly how to tell a story that not only moved the youngsters but everyone in the room. He is one of those people that just knows how to say the right thing to the right person and the energy level and enthusiasm just grew and became contagious which was quite a feeling. Though he is a Certified Life Coach which the youngsters never really cared to much about but it seems that his "real" experiences got the students emotionally invested in him and in the fact that they had a plan and map that was the beginning to getting themselves to where they want to go. I can't think of anyone I know who could have turned this room around so when they left the speech they felt better about themselves and their futures. He is the Real Deal!
Working with Rhonda has been an awesome experience. Personal training sessions are challenging and never boring. She is very knowledgeable on the body and will answer any question that is asked. She is very accommodating with flexible hours. She shows a great concern for one's health, wellness and performance. Peter, my personal trainer, is a stand up person with a great personality. He is very flexible with scheduling. He is also educated in dealing with clients with injury and medical issues. Besides his experience as a trainer, Peter has a background education in the health sciences and has worked as a PHysical Therapy assistant. Peter helped me get out of my cancer treatment slump and trained me with an injured shoulder. Over four months I lost 14 pounds and gained back the energy and strength I lost during chemo and radiation therapy. I am back in shape again and have Peter to thank for this. I come to his home to train where he has a very well equipt gym but he will also come to you to train you. He travels from eastern Long Island to queens. I am very pleased with my results so far and I really like Peter as a person. GO FOR IT!!!
I'm very satisfied with Design Fitness - professional, flexible and effective. The training service is for my mother who has diabetes among other health conditions. Design Fitness comes to her house and been a huge reason for her coming back to health. Dee is wonderful to adjust to moms needs and speed, yet still pushing her to do amazing progress. My mother is very pleased, we even upped the amount of weekly sessions. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend!

Signing up with NBI Fitness is probably one of the best things I could've ever done for myself. Trinnie and Gilbert are great and are currently helping me reach my dream health/body goals. The trainers truly care about their clients and are always pushing me to make sure I am doing all that is necessary to lose weight, tone up and build a healthy life style for myself. They also tell you what you should and should not be eating according to your fitness goal. Most importantly, I work and go to school full time therefore, it is difficult to work out with such a hectic schedule, BUT they literally make sure to work with whatever times works best for me even if its going out of their way. The cost, overall results and amazing customer service is really worth it and would recommend NBI Fitness to anyone who wants to tone up, lose weight, and get on track with their fitness goals.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about MFG. I have PCOS and as a result, losing the weight has been tougher than ever. I’ve tried various trainers and other exercise regiments over the years. Nothing worked and nothing could help keep me motivated. Fast forward to me finding MFG. Within a day of posting a search for a trainer, Erika from MFG reached out. Erika was so thoughtful, easy to talk to, and dedicated to setting me up with a trainer that could work best with me. Moreover, my schedule tends to be utterly inconsistent and all over the place. Despite it taking me a couple of month to sign up (I had surgery shortly after talking to Erika), I was so focused on getting my health and fitness back on the track to wellness. Even during my surgery and hospitalization, Erika sent me text messages that gave me motivation and support. Truly, Erika, if you’re reading this, that meant the world to me! Once I got clearance to workout, I was set up with Ashley, who in one word is AWESOME. She has PCOS too, so she’s able to give me tips about eating a clean diet that’s good for PCOS sufferers. On top of that, Ashley is so flexible with what times and days she can come by. As someone who thought they hated to workout, thanks to Ashley, I genuinely look forward to post-workout soreness. She got a girl who works 12+ hour days, to work out 6x a week. In short, i can’t say enough wonderful things about MFG. They’re truly caring, super- knowledgeable, motivating and life-changing!
Had the pleasure of working with Toni a couple of years ago. Extremely patient and very understanding with my needs. She never made me feel as if I wasn't losing the weight that she expected and always gave me great guidance. She always had time to listen to my struggles throughout the week and was never judge mental on my failures. Kelly is amazing. I am overweight and the thought of working with a trainer was pretty intimidating but Kelly is so encouraging and good at what she does. She pushes me harder than I would ever push myself, which is what I pay her for, right?! It's never boring with Kelly, she is knowledgeable and changes it up frequently. She has a passion for health and fitness and it shows in her work. I have learned if she is asking me to do something, I am capable of doing it even if I don't believe I can.
Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. I've had the oppty to work with trainers in many states who were all supposedly the best and can say that Kevin is in a league of his own. Having had several trainers in the past, I can say definitely that Jeremy is an exceptionally skilled and effective trainer and demonstrates skills that other trainers just do not possess. Jeremy has great interpersonal and customer service skills and is a delight to work with. What really sets him apart, is his intricate knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and to intervene to achieve optimal functioning. Jeremy is perhaps as or more skilled than the physical therapists with which I have worked. He is constantly attentive to posture, subtle mechanics, balance, and monitors the effectiveness of mechanics (not just brute strength). Jeremy is excellent for any level of fitness or experience. I am a life long athlete that is recovering from severe illness and muscle atrophy. My partner is over 65 and previous hated exercise. In a short period of time, Jeremy has made tremendous positive impact in our physical (and mental) health and fitness. I recommend him with incredible enthusiasm.
