Neema has cleaned my house twice now--the first time was a deep clean, and the next one was a regular clean. Both times she did an excellent job. Someone everyone needs in their life! If you are looking to declutter and organize a space in your home you have found the right company!!! Ebony is just amazing. I requested an organizer on thumbtack and didn’t even think people like this existed! I have lived in my home for 12 years and always tried my best to keep things in order but being restricted on time and life in itself starts to create clutters in the home. Before you know it it’s something that stresses you to no end & the loss of functionality starts to overflow into other parts of the house. Where does this go?? Where should I put this at? Rrrrrr, just throw it in the drawer or here or there. Before you know it you’re losing things, buying other things because you can’t find anything anymore!! Sprinkle in the rest of the family and life’s clutter feast is enough to drive you insane. That is basically what happened to me. I reached out on thumbtack and was sent a declutter angel!! Like I said I didn’t know people like this existed. It was late in the evening and I quickly got responses back all seemed to be automated but not Ebony! Fate would have her on my side. We were messaging back and forth and then she said she’d call me in 2 minutes!! The initial phone conversation consisted of a series of simply questions. She was professional and gave enough detail to get a sense of my specific needs! She gave me a few options so she could review my spaces of concern. I opted for an in home visit so she can truly get a sense of my needs and the results I was looking for. The visit went well and the way she viewed my space one could tell she knew exactly what she needed to do! Her pricing was competitive and worth every penny. We went over both mine and her scheduling availability and set a date to start. The end result was just like we initially met. My clutter angel delivered all she promised. My quality of life has improved since my first conversation with Ashley! It's been 6 weeks since Ashley took on organizing my space. She helped me prepare for the project and was communicative. Her work helped me with new ways of thinking and 6 weeks later, I have much better habits and I've been able to keep the space photo ready at all times. As a busy body juggling many things, being so organized gets me out the door faster whether I wake up sleepy eyed for my morning workout, or have a big meeting or party to dress for because everything has a place in my routine now. Thank you for coming to clean our grimy house yesterday! The floors are shiny, the furniture and carpets smell amazing, and we noticed that the team cleaned under some pieces of furniture our old cleaning crew hadn't. The team also paid extra attention to the grimy places where our toddler son drips and drops. She worked within our modest budget and we still got a very thorough and in depth cleaning and had a great conversation while she was working. I would also consider hiring her for a professional organizing session for a couple of our out of control closets. My only reason for four stars instead of five at this time is that we're looking for someone to come every few weeks and scheduling her around my family's schedule poses a problem, but for a very valid reason: she's in high demand. If you can accommodate schedules, run, don't walk and hire her! Worth every penny. Thanks again!!!
