Dwayne is an excellent trainer. He's very professional and makes you feel comfortable working with him. His workouts can be intense but if you want results then that's what you need.The training sessions vary so you're not working the same body part all the time and you're not bored. You have guys who say they are personal trainers and then you have personal trainers and trust me he is a great Personal Trainer
Niko is really great, I have been working out with a lot of personal trainers before before I move to NYC. What makes him outstanding is his serious yet humorous attitude + professional knowledge. Thumbs up~
I had my first session with Gregory last night and it was one of the most positive work out experiences I've ever had! I was a bit nervous coming into it as I'd never worked out with a personal trainer before (and I let him know I was nervous), but he completely put me at ease and made it a fun, great work out. Over the last 5 years Iâve had 5 different personal trainers at Equinox(TEIR 1,2&3). They were ok... motivating and nice... but I was looking to be motivated, gain knowledge, and to GET RESULTS (I always felt that I knew more than then trainers; they never gave me a weekly plan, just a decent workout in person; and didnât know jack about meal plans)! I was on the verge of quitting my personal training for good, when I met Maik. WOW - total perspective change! He's the REAL DEAL! I learned more with Maik than I've ever know! I train totally different now, actually have a solid training plan (that changes every 5-6 weeks), and finally have a meal plan that really works (not just, âeat clean, and youâll be fineâ). Last weigh in was a lean 154lbs (in about 5 months). Maik cycles me through routines that focus on different muscles, and tweaks my meal plan as needed â totally personalized. As if FINALLY GETTING RESULTS wasnât enough (really the only thing I personally cared about), Maik is a totally cool, laidback, and fun guy to spend the hour with (bonus). Heâs also super quick to respond to questions, anytime by email (my pref method of communication). Bottom line â If you are going to have a personal trainer, this is your guy. See him for one cycle (6 weeks) â I bet you feel the same way that I do.
I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.

With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. When searching for a personal trainer in NJ , Brandon responded me on Thumbtack. He is a talented and hard working trainer that knows how to push you hard but not over the edge. I've noticed results and he is very good about challenging you to beat your current best records. Brandon is constantly reminding me to combine your eating habits with your workout. As he says, you cannot out exercise a bad diet. And he genuinely tries to follow up and make sure you are making good choices at meal time. Brenda is an excellent personal trainer and the best personal trainer I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and flexible to individual clients’ needs. Brenda has adjusted routines throughout my pregnancy, surgical recovery, various orthopedic injuries (wrist tendinitis, ankle sprain, knee strain, back pain) and keeps our sessions new and fresh even after more than 4 years together. Training with Brenda always challenges me and pushes me passed where I would go myself and in a safe and effective way. I appreciate her willingness to come train almost any day or time. Ratul is a incredible personal trainer. He is also flexible with time and locations! I've worked with him for a couple weeks now and have seen incredible results. The workouts he creates are never the same and are fun and engaging but not so intense that you want to give up. He's by no mean easy though! I highly recommend Ratul for personal training.
Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. He is so committed to helping me have the best quality of life and so well versed on many things I trust him implicitly and consider him part of the core team working to make me better. I've had the oppty to work with trainers in many states who were all supposedly the best and can say that Kevin is in a league of his own. He is so creative and comes up with a different ways to challenge me, make it fun, change it up, incorporate things to help build core and posture overall and bring things into the mix like boxing that he knows I really like. Personal training for the family Ed has been the personal trainer of my family for a while now and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He has a wonderful personality and helped us not only with exercising but has given professional nutritional advice which has had a great impact on my energy levels. I'm a young mum and after birth had put weight on and had constant back pain; Ed is helping me get back in shape, tighten up the muscles after pregnancy and strengthening my body to help me with back pain. The results have been fantastic as my back pain has gone and I am starting to see my abdominal muscles coming back so it couldn’t be better. Also, he is a fantastic swim instructor for my 2 year old son. Our main aim is getting him comfortable in the water and pool safety training. Ed's great at understanding how to keep a toddler’s attention and our boy is constantly asking for his next swim class as he really enjoys it. We highly recommend Ed; hugely professional always a pleasure to have a session with him.
