I needed a trainer to help me get back into shape, tone up and strengthen my core and back. Being that I have back issues and sometimes continue to get spasms, I realized I needed someone who was certified, understanding, and would carefully consider a good beneficial workout while not getting injured in the process. Judy understands my needs and has been carefully selecting a good routine that I can handle that will bring forth the results I need. Her background, training and certification show me she strives to improve herself and she is genuinely interested in helping others improve in fitness. Smart, patient, strategic, and if you want to be pushed more she will do it without hurting you. She's a keeper!

The yoga classes are always setup so everybody in the class is comfortable. Sometimes its outside on the deck or in by the fireplace. I have learned a lot in this class about how sound and motion work together for healing. Always leave relaxed and uplifted.
I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.

I was always bored in yoga classes and considered it not my cup of tea until i happened to get in her class once. Olga is very helpful and engaging, doesn't just sit there at her place and meditates with others during the class - she actually comes up to each student and corrects the poses, helps to stretch more and reach your limit. You do things you never thought you could with her. You always get the most and perform your best in Olga's class.
I started practicing yoga with Stephanie when I first became pregnant. Her class has done wonders for my ever changing body. After only a few months of working with Stephanie, my body feels stronger, more capable and holds less tension. She creates a very welcoming environment and really takes the time to explain the proper positioning of the body in each position.
Dina is great. She got me to not only try yoga but to like it. I'm pretty down to earth, shoot from the hip type of woman and she made yoga comfortable for me. She works at your level, which for me is -1 and helps you improve at a comfortable pace. Do wether you are a novice like me or an advanced yogi Dina is your girl. She loves what she does and that makes all the difference. Give her a try and you won't be sorry.
I am a 52 year old man with both knee and back issues and Maria-Stefania has been a godsend. She breaks down each stretch and pose so that after a few sessions I can contort into never imagined poses. She is pleasant and personable and not a clock watcher. I highly recommend her.

If one person has been put on this earth to use their skills and knowledge of yoga to better the lives of others, it is Danny. Compassionate, patient, and insightful, Danny has not only helped me with a number of specific injuries and discomforts, but also introduced me to how yoga technique and practice can fit into and improve any lifestyle -- even for busy, results-oriented (Type A) people like myself who previously believed cardio was the be-all, end-all of health and fitness. Along with seeking straightforward yoga instruction, I've also come to Danny with lower back pain, a mysterious sprain/spasming at the top of my leg from cycling (quickly diagnosed as a pulled sartorius muscle, for which Danny knew a number of pain-relieving stretches and poses), and general tightness in my neck and shoulders. When I meet with Danny, I know that I'm going to be listened to, thoughtfully instructed, and generally well cared-for. I've also taken one of his group yoga classes, in which he is just as attentive and present. As a teacher, Danny manages to instruct, calm, and heal simultaneously. I can't recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for an introduction to or a deepening of yogic practice.

I had always done group classes in the past but after having one session with Molly my entire yoga experience changed! She improved my fundamental poses and really grounded my practice. She helped me modify poses so they were within my level of practice. Without a doubt I would recommend a session with Molly!
