I took pre-natal sessions with Dina and I thoroughly enjoyed them. She makes an effort to understand your needs and can customize the yoga/pilate session accordingly. She will push you to achieve maximum during the class and you will feel relaxed at the end. She is accommodating and open to suggestions.
Michelle is friendly and professional. She helped me with both breathing and alignment. I feel more confident, eager to restart my yoga practice with proper instruction.
Stephanie is dedicated to her craft of teaching yoga. Outside of class she is energetic and animated, and during her classes she harnesses her energy to create the perfect balance of "just right" physically challenging poses, within a soothing, meditative environment that leave her students feeling recharged.
If you are in need of an energetic and fun practice Ashley is your girl. She teaches classes with a strong theme and in depth knowledge of alignment. Ashley strives to make everyone feel welcome in her classes no matter if you are a yoga guru or just want to dip your toe in the water. Five stars for this girl. :)
I have been taking yoga for 3 years and this is best yoga class I have ever attended. Francine of Yoga 4 Everyone is extremely professional and great person. She genuinely listens to your concerns and provides alternative poses that work for you. I truly look forward to going to class every week. I would highly recommend "Yoga 4 Everyone". Michele
Christine is helping me feel comfortable with yoga - stretching my body and relaxing my mind.
Anna is a caring and thoughtful yoga instructor. She is great about asking about injuries and accommodates accordingly. Her voice is soothing, her directions clearly instructive, and her sessions rejuvenating!
Bernadette is a yoga instructor who will guide you through a yoga experience taylored to what you want to accomplish ( ie relaxation, strength building, body awareness, stress relief). She has a unique way of making each yoga experince personal to you.
Dave is an excellent Yoga instructor. Very relaxed and not in the slightest bit intimidating to people new to yoga. Dave teaches yoga stretches but also focuses on meditation and breathing techniques that help integrate the mind and body. I highly recommend Dave!!
Let me start by saying I am NOT a yoga person. I just couldn't understand WHY people like yoga?! Then I started doing privates with Meryl about a year ago and now I actually look forward to our sessions. She has made yoga approachable for me. She tailors the session to my needs each time. She knows when to push me beyond my received boundaries and when I need to go easy. She has made into a YOGA person - and that was no easy feat!! If you are looking to start a practice or deepen an already established one - I highly recommend Meryl.
We love our family yoga sessions with Ann!
I am new to practicing yoga. Jillian’s cues were very helpful. I enjoyed the flow of her class. I also like how she seemed to have a theme throughout the class which she subtly incorporated into the movements. Thank you Jillian!!
I want to start off by saying that I really do not enjoy yoga, after taking Emily's class I am slowly reconsidering my views on yoga. Emily is friendly and very motivating and attentive. Her style is flexible enough to accommodate beginners, so no one is excluded. She pays attention and comes around to make sure you are doing all the poses correctly to prevent injury. It is clear that Emily just really loves teaching and training. Her positive energy is really effective for us training or taking her class. I cannot recommend Emily enough.

Alison worked to host a beautiful female-empowerment yoga and ceremony for my bridal party on the morning of my wedding day. It was a wonderful experience for everyone that was involved. I would highly recommend utilizing Alison's experience to host a yoga class for an important event, work related or personal, or really for any situation where you'd like to have a yoga teacher! She has experience working in varying settings and I'm sure would do a wonderful job.
Maryann is terrific!
We all have our own unique twist we bring to our practice, thats what makes yoga so special you can be you. My own twist to the practice is the holistic approach of body knowledge you will learn during the practice.

From a practical perspective, I focus on alignment with hands-on assists to help students gain the most in their poses.
Yoga changed my life. I was a unhealthy stress ball and discovering the mind, body and spirit benefits of yoga made me calmer, happier and prepared to make major changes in my life for the better. I want to help my clients find similar happiness on the life journey. I have an MBA in Finance and have worked in the investment industry for over 20 years. I am keenly aware of the stress triggers that cause clients to seek yoga, meditation and career / life coaching. This awareness and experience makes me very effective in helping clients to change their reactions to stress using yoga, meditation and life coaching tools.
