Dave is an excellent Yoga instructor. Very relaxed and not in the slightest bit intimidating to people new to yoga. Dave teaches yoga stretches but also focuses on meditation and breathing techniques that help integrate the mind and body. I highly recommend Dave!!

I have been going to Danielle for over 2 years in private yoga sessions. I originally started going once a week and after a few months I began to create my workout schedule around my yoga sessions with Danielle! I currently practice with her 3 to 4 times per week and she is absolutely the best yoga instructor! She is professional and very personable. I play a lot of competitive golf and I cant say enough what my sessions with Danielle have done for my golf game.
Ashley is a wonderful yoga instructor. During practice, she guides the class through poses with a clear, articulate voice, finding interesting ways to communicate certain movements to us. Ashley is very mindful of different capacities and levels in practice and provides great options to keep your body safe.
