My name is Samantha and I will attend Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA as a dance major. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and it was an outstanding program. I started training with Mr. Bob May in August at about 475 lbs. at the time of this review I way ~375!!! He has been an amazing trainer when I first started to see him I could barely walk around the block now he has me running wind sprints and stairs on a regular basis. Not only is he an amazing trainer in the gym he is also very good at helping and laying out nutritional advice and meals. Bob is also able to design workouts for any level of athletic ability when we started they were very mild and not very straining now they are more taxing and pointed at the areas in which I need help. Bob has also helped me to gain a lot of my mobility back through exercise and movement I have a much wider range of motion and ability then I have had since I was in wresteling in high school. So wether you are a beginner or just getting back in to it or a 6 day a week trainer Bob is the man to see for fitness.
