The dishes I create inspire the guests that enjoy them, to think outside of the box and they really get the room engadged in great conversation. Enjoying eachothers company and really spending time with family and friends is becomming a thing of the past with all the trappings that modern society has brought to uor doorstep these days. I creatie dishes and menues that are as unique as you are I combine the requests my clintents make and the seasonal variety of local or imported ingrediens on design a meal or menu accordingly nothing is frozen or proccesed unless it is absolutely neccesary. I am very open and receptive to anything you might think make you experience with me the best expoerience you have ever had with a personal chief. I have a uniqe style that keeps with traditional methods but blends ever changing metods and flavor fusions to produce inovative dishes that will have you and you guests immpressed and dying to tell your friends about.
I have been creating these dishes for about 18 years and have had been blessed the opportunity to work in some of the finest restaraunts in this nation. I now use what I've learned to create these great eats. I love cooking and am verry passionate about it. I also love educating people about the art of cooking! I'm 32 years old so I'm mature and experieced enough to have the proffessionalisim that is neccesary to make a name for ones self in this competitive indutry. and young enough to make bold decsions when it comes to my creations. I'm only loking for one or two good clients that I can work for i belive in quality of quantity i dont do this for the money i do it because I love it if i wanted money I would be your attorney and the food service indutry as far as the pay is concerned isnt know to be a reall top earning profession, none the less hiring me works out good for you because I'm it for the love of art and the unity it brings to people. Food is great for learning other culture's and how people see things in various cultures, also customs and traditions that are practiced in making those dishes.
