I have taken several classes with Lauren. Not only have I learned a ton, she makes cooking really fun, creative and inspiring. It's amazing how even years later, I still use what she taught me, from knife skills to cooking techniques, in my day-to-day life. I literally eat better because of her.
To partake of Suzanne's food is to sample a little bit of heaven. And she's a teaching angel! Even for those of us who have two left thumbs in the kitchen, her patience and her skill are given so generously i would put myself in her hands any day!

I have a uniqe style that keeps with traditional methods but blends ever changing metods and flavor fusions to produce inovative dishes that will have you and you guests immpressed and dying to tell your friends about. I have been creating these dishes for about 18 years and have had been blessed the opportunity to work in some of the finest restaraunts in this nation. I now use what I've learned to create these great eats. I love cooking and am verry passionate about it. I also love educating people about the art of cooking! I'm 32 years old so I'm mature and experieced enough to have the proffessionalisim that is neccesary to make a name for ones self in this competitive indutry. and young enough to make bold decsions when it comes to my creations. Dont lett my looks fool you, I am Skilled enough to compete with the top chefs in this market and manyothers I have never seved anything that doesnt have pure love for my work behind it., many talk the talk and never produce anything uniqe and creative or they dont have the fowerd thinking and pro active aprroach to cooking a masterpiece, if you want a chef that is quick on his feet, smart, engadging, problem solving/ preventing, efficiant , clean, orginized, and fun to watch and learn from then look no further, I have changed the minds of even the harshest critics out there let me show you what a great meal should tase like, i doo all this with a smile on may face and love behind the work I do. I'm only loking for one or two good clients that I can work for i belive in quality of quantity i dont do this for the money i do it because I love it if i wanted money I would be your attorney and the food service indutry as far as the pay is concerned isnt know to be a reall top earning profession, none the less hiring me works out good for you because I'm it for the love of art and the unity it brings to people. Food is great for learning other culture's and how people see things in various cultures, also customs and traditions that are practiced in making those dishes.

Took a wonderful three day cooking class with Jane Butel at her Southwestern Cooking School. Jane presents a lot of fascinating and useful information about the history of the ingredients, highlighting the spices used in this area. She is an excellent teacher in the kitchen, and presents a well organized and easy to learn agenda, giving her students hands on experience in constructing, cooking and eating the wonderful food. There are a wide variety of recipes presented to be constructed, cooked and consumed. All in all, a terrific class, well worth your time to be transported to the spicy 🌶 🌶🌶 word of cooking in the Southwest USA!!!!
