Mitch is an excellent Tai Chi Ki Gong, Yoga & Meditation instructor, always studying so he can bring more to his classes. Through Mitch's classes I learned how to deep breath properly & by doing so have brought down my blood pressure. Over all you learn to focus in the development of the body's core strength as the basis of physical,mental & spiritual health. I also love the energy we have in Mitch's classes, once you go you can't wait until the next class. We as members actually feel like we're one big happy family. :)

I cannot say enough about how enjoyable Christal is as a yoga guide. I have been a part of her group meditation hikes in Mt. Charleston and Valley of Fire and I would highly recommend them. My husband and I have both experienced amazing Reiki sessions as well. I'm looking forward to enjoying more yoga with Christal, she is great!!
Dylan was so fun as a yoga instructor. I'm not super flexible so I was nervous, but Dylan made me feel super comfortable. He clearly explained poses I've never done before. His energy was very positive which made the class very enjoyable. Most importantly, I had fun! Thank you, Dylan!
This was my 1st time with yoga. Danielle was amazing as she understood my physical limitations and really was patient and easy going. She modified poses, she gave a great introduction to basic principles. We hired her again and the session was terrific. She is very experienced and can adapt to any level. Highly recommend.

I have been practicing Yoga for the last eight years. Since January of 2014, Nav Dhillon has been instructing me in gentle Yoga. I'm 64 years old and have experienced some cartilage loss so advanced yoga is now impractical for me. The results from Nav's Gentle Yoga have been remarkable. I'm taking three classes a week and have lost 15 lbs and a clothing size. Range of motion is excellent and on the occasion when i'm in a regular Yoga class, I can perform the asanas with relative ease. I would recomend this class to anyone with joint problems. It's kept my practice alive and robust.
The best yoga class I have ever attended. Erin brings a positive spirit to yoga that helps my mind and body relax. She guides me through poses that are tailored specifically for my body, but she does it in a manner that encourages and makes me want to challenge myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone especially for those who have felt intimidated by Yoga. She makes me excited for the next lesson, its becoming my new addiction.
I have been to a number of her classes. I was new to yoga and was initially nervous about fitting into a class with seasoned yoga people. Ashleigh was and is very helpful, and accommodates me for different poses in suggesting alternative poses and providing me with pillows for propping if she sees a need or struggle. Her classes are so relaxing and she also has a soothing soft voice. I felt more limber after only attending one class and thus was motivated to continue and go back for more. Also, if you attend a class where she massages you at the end during your last pose with a neck/ shoulder oil massage, it is out of this world. Highly recommend.
