I'm also Head Instructor and Organizer of Dance Fitness class BOOTY BAND CAMP. Sheree was a very awesome trainer. I worked with her consecutively for almost 2 years and she had so many different ways to reach and smash goals from Meal plans, training, SWAT walking group to booty band camp she left no targets missed! Several ways to become snatched and hit your body goals. I went from lifting 165 to lifting almost 300 pounds! Hard work and dedication is what stuck with me most. If you need some motivation, THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL FIND IT!
