- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
***Comprehensive Wedding or Event Planning / Coordinating Services which include securing the location; contracting with vendors (food/beverage, floral, decor, table/chair/tent and other rentals, entertainment and officiant); arranging ground transportation and guest accommodations (including discounted room blocks); attending all pre-wedding meetings to review event contracts, details and venue manager timelines; and on-site professional “day of” coordination of all wedding events (rehearsal party, wedding ceremony, reception, brunch). Minimum Fee: $1,500 ***Day of Event Coordinating Services which include on-site professional “day of” coordination and hosting of your wedding or event. We take the stress away from our clients to ensure the vision for their wedding or special event is implemented to their satisfaction and that their special event exceeds their expectations. Even if your venue offers a wedding coordinator or event manager, that professional works for the venue and is not invested in assuring that all of your special details are met by in-house or outside vendors. Minimum Fee: $500 (4 hours on-site) ***Consultations for weddings, private parties and corporate events: We will conference in person or Skype with potential clients, followed up with an itemized proposal, including options and pricing for all vendors. We guarantee the highest quality professionals with pricing and concessions which are the result of decades of relationships with local vendors. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to speak on the phone with potential clients before preparing a formal proposal. The client’s wedding or event vision may get lost in emails and texts. I then enjoy meeting face to face with my new clients, so we can get to know each other before their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of training, event planning and coordination experience, professional certifications and affiliation with an international event design group. I have multiple degrees, including a JD and have been an entrepreneur, owning successful businesses for over 30 years.
