Introduction: I am an internationally acclaimed professional boxer and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with 9 years of experience. I'm a four-time National Kazakh Middleweight Boxing champion. My Amateur Record is 150 - 15, Pro Record is (won12 (KO 6) + lost 1). Having extensive knowledge and experience competing as an elite athlete, I became a personal trainer to help my clients stay motivated, work hard and focus on their goals. I train both athletes and people just looking to get into shape, as well as teenagers and kids. I offer One on One Boxing Fitness Sessions, Semi-Private Boxing Fitness Sessions, Kids program, Boxer Conditioning and Sparring. Depending on your goals your training will focus on: - calorie expenditure and fat burning; - increasing stamina level, agility, speed, coordination, endurance and strength; - increasing self discipline and self confidence; - improving reflexes; - all the major muscles of the body and especially core training; - learning the fundamentals of boxing; - improving your fighting skills; - all of the above.

I had a pleasure to work with Semen. I had years behind my back full of straggle with extra weight. My health condition kept me from regular everyday exercising and dieting. Semen created a special work out program for me that worked for me. He was very patient and polite as well as very motivating. I would highly recommend Semen for people with weight issues and conditioning needs.

I met Semyon less than a month ago. I told him I wanted to tone up before my vacation and he was more than welcome to do so. I am more than happy that he pushes me because I miss the soreness and the great feeling of learning a new physical activity such as boxing. He is very informative and knowledgeable about what be does. I recommend him to anyone from being new to fitness to someone wanting to get back into the grove of a great sweat workout to someone who is in great shape as well.

When I started training with Semen (Simon) I had very little experience. He helped me to understand fundamentals and trained at a pace he made sure I was comfortable with. He pays attention to your body and helps to improve weaknesses. I would recommend him to anyone amateur or professional, young or old, he has something to provide for anyone. Now I can't stop training. The discipline it provides is spectacular! He is fantastic!

I have been training with Semen for almost 2 years now. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and at the same time full of variety and a lot of fun. For me it is hard to push myself to go to the gym regularly. Semen knows how to motivate me, plus, everybody around noticed a positive change in my appearance which is the best motivation)) I am happy and now more confident with myself.
