My son Jospeh started taking drum lessons from Tommy in January of 2015. He had no prior drum lessons before. In this short period of time Tommy has taught him how to rock! He has come out of his soft spoken shell and loves going to lessons every week. Tommys approach to teaching is amazing. Custom fit for each person and he makes you feel right at home from the very first lesson. Each week is a new creative way to keep the student involved and excited about coming to practice and as a parent that is a wonderful sight! Watch out world cause here comes my boy rockin it on the drums and it's all thanks to Tommy!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend Over The Mountain and Tommy Regitts
My children have been taking piano and guitar lessons from Robert for two and a half years now. We could not be more pleased with the results! Robert is an immensely talented musician and teacher, and he makes learning enjoyable (plus my kids think he's cool). Each of my children has a specialty instrument, but Robert encourages them to learn on other instruments as well, and allows them to explore a variety of musical styles. He tailors the lessons to the musical interests of my children (my son prefers rock and my daughter likes pop and classical), which increases their desire to practice and play. They have grown so much in their abilities and appreciation for music since they started lessons here. I highly recommend Robert and GP Lessons!
Awesome Drum Instructor!! I'm learning adequately not just reading music and timing but the history of drums and drummers. His teaching strategy is beyond comprehensible with a sense of humor that cannot leave you bored. Im proud to name him my instructor..
Cameron's a great drum instructor.
I have always wanted to take drum lessons, so I finally took the first step and found a local teacher. I thought it would take me a few tries before I found someone who I liked working with and learning from, but after my first meeting with Ryan, I was in! He allows you to work with him for one session to see if he is right for you and during that time I noticed that he was able to recognize my methods for learning and absorbing information, he explained what my next few lessons would be like and asked me what I would like to get out of this. I could tell he has been teaching for quite some time. It's not difficult to find someone who is good at playing drums, but to find someone who also has the passion and proper teaching methods down is even better...I am lucky to be a student of his! Ryan is a great instructor who goes above and beyond, he is always available for questions if you're practicing at home and when you're ready to buy your kit he will offer his assistance in finding the right set for you. I highly recommend trying him out whether you are a noobie like me or a drum inthusiast already!! Thanks Ryan!!
My 15 year old son began playing the violin a little over a year ago. He has been taking violin lessons at Nevada Music Academy for the past 6 months. He has improved tremendously under the instruction of Dr. Julie Jack. She is a very accomplished and talented violinist and teacher. Dr. Jack is a patient, knowledgeable, and passionate instructor. She has instilled that passion into my son. During the weekly lessons Dr. Jack models how it should sound, plays along with him, as well as gives him constructive feedback on how to improve his technique. He looks forward to his lessons every week. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Jack as my son's violin instructor.
Got stuck learning drums on YouTube so I called Sean and within two weeks I knew how to read music and he had me drumming beats I thought would’ve taken me years to learn and when my daughter was born we switched to guitar and kept going
Cameron is a master teacher. He has inspired many students to improve their drum skills. He has a creative, fun personality to relate with people of all ages. He goes beyond the weekly lesson to hold a recital for students to show off, and he will do music recordings!
Aaron Carroll was my first drum set teacher. He is an amazingly talented drummer, but more importantly, an amazing teacher. Thanks to Aaron I have been very successful as a drummer even after I moved out to the east coast. His lessons will stick with me forever as I pursue a carreer in music. When I started having lessons with Aaron back in 2013, I wanted to play drum set because it looked fun. Thanks to Aaron, that curiosity has bloomed into a love for the instrument. I get an amazing feeling whenever I sit down behind a set. I know it's what I love, and that nothing I do will make me happier than being a musician. Other than being an amazing musician and teacher, he is a really fun guy. He has never come off as condescending or intimidating in any of my lessons. Aarron Carroll is an easy 5/5 star teacher!
I never took lessons with Al, but I did go to music school with him for a short time. He is a killer drummer and very cool, easy-going guy. I'm sure he is an incredible teacher.

I give private lessons on guitar, bass guitar, and drums; whether you are starting from scratch or take your craft to the next level.
Most others will charge an arm and a leg to teach when they aren't even professional and will teach the student sheet music, instead of giving them the soul of freerythm play.

Having kids and particularly boys, I know how they operate and how they learn. I realize that the window of time for them to learn is limited so I need to get as much information and passion for music into the as possible as fast as possible. Teaching to me is very rewarding and when I’m able to connect to a child, whether my own or not, it makes me feel really happy to know I’ve taught them something.

Available in Las Vegas, I am a skill-oriented instructor. Skills are abilities such as reading music, improvising, composing, transcribing, and performing. Lessons take place in my fully equipped percussion studio, the student's home, or via Skype. Lessons are always goal oriented. This means that students in my studio need to have goals in mind in which they want to achieve. It is my belief that every student needs to gain self-motivation.
