I have been training with Susie for 5 weeks now, and could not be more happier with my experience! Susie was everything I was looking for in a trainer! I did 4 sessions a week for the 5 weeks and will be continuing with these sessions. I was the queen of the "quick fix" diets. I made the conscious decision to get fit the right way. I just needed the right person to help me do that! If you are like me, you walk into a gym and see all these machines and gadgets and have no idea what to do! So you do cardio and leave and think you got a good workout. Well as I have got older I have realized that cardio is not enough to tone up and look lean. Susie is so knowledgeable on how to do just that! I have learned so much in 5 short weeks I have been training. I have learned skills that I can use for the rest of my life to truly make fitness and nutrition a lifestyle. Most importantly, I have never felt so good physically and mentally. I wake up in the morning and want to eat well, and I want to work out! That has never been the case with me. Our training has not just stopped at the gym either. We have worked out at her home gym, the park, Buchanan stadium, bike rides, etc. Working out with Susie is not a chore. She changes it up and makes it fun! Our training does not just stop after the 1 hour session either. Coach Lissette as a personal trainer was amazing ! One on one training, lots of personal feedback , Fun and intense workouts , great nutrition plans and receipes , and overall very easy to talk to and understanding .
Entering my 2nd week with Tom as my personal trainer. We have a great vide thus far. Tom remains positive, constantly checking in and continues to motivate. Tom also offers a detailed Nutrition plan. I look forward to continue working out with Tom as my Training progresses.
Jamie is excellent! I started nutrition coaching with Jamie at my gym. She has provided a very comprehensive plan that is easy to follow. I think the most important part of nutrition coaching is being able to be honest with your coach and Jamie makes that so easy. She never judges my bad food choices, instead she helps me see the patterns in my choices. I would highly recommend Jamie to everyone!

Ryan is the first personal trainer that I've worked with. I've been training with him for a little over a month and I've already noticed increased strength and some muscle gain. He's very knowledgeable in fitness and has helped me correct/work on my form in many exercises. He's easy to talk to and is happy to answer my questions. He provides a workout plan every two weeks, but unfortunately no nutritional plan, though he has made recommendations on how to approach it. Overall, he's been a great trainer and I will continue to train with him until I reach my fitness goals.
