Let Us Cook was the perfect hire for our elopement dinner party! Including us, Chefs Gianna and Lisa prepared delicious and visually appealing food for 10 people (we unfortunately dug into the food immediately, so we weren't able to take pics of all the food lol). Our guests raved the most about the lobster campanelle and garlic shrimp, and the risotto was my personal favorite. The rice was so soft, and the acidity cut through the richness perfectly. We had a chicken breast dish as well, which was perfectly tender and didn't have any of the dryness I tend to fear when it comes to chicken breast. Portions were well sized, and the chefs added in focaccia bread on top of our selections, which ended up being the perfect vehicle for the garlic shrimp sauce. Setup and breakdown for the serving dishes was efficient and fast, and we loved the little menu they made to help our guests identify what the dishes were. They were, by far, the best vendor we've worked with for our wedding. We plan on having a bigger party for extended family and friends later on, and if we weren't looking for a very specific cuisine for that, we would rehire Let Us Cook in a heartbeat. Two of our guests asked who the caterers were, and I very happily let them know + will continue to do so when anybody else asks me about caterers/private chef services! I cannot emphasize enough how smooth the process with them went and how much we loved the food.

Let Us Cook did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the presentation was very delightful. Our on site chef was also very nice and professional. I would definitely use Let Us Cook again when I return to Vegas.
