Chef Gianna was amazing. She was professional and always communicated promptly with me. She worked with my menu sugestions and changes and It was a joy to watch her and her mom prepare the meal. The food was stellar and delicious! They also cleaned the kitchen meticulously. It was a special birthday surprise that my best friend will always have a cherished memory of. THANK YOU!

Let Us Cook was the perfect hire for our elopement dinner party! Including us, Chefs Gianna and Lisa prepared delicious and visually appealing food for 10 people (we unfortunately dug into the food immediately, so we weren't able to take pics of all the food lol). Our guests raved the most about the lobster campanelle and garlic shrimp, and the risotto was my personal favorite. The rice was so soft, and the acidity cut through the richness perfectly. We had a chicken breast dish as well, which was perfectly tender and didn't have any of the dryness I tend to fear when it comes to chicken breast. Portions were well sized, and the chefs added in focaccia bread on top of our selections, which ended up being the perfect vehicle for the garlic shrimp sauce. Setup and breakdown for the serving dishes was efficient and fast, and we loved the little menu they made to help our guests identify what the dishes were. They were, by far, the best vendor we've worked with for our wedding. We plan on having a bigger party for extended family and friends later on, and if we weren't looking for a very specific cuisine for that, we would rehire Let Us Cook in a heartbeat. Two of our guests asked who the caterers were, and I very happily let them know + will continue to do so when anybody else asks me about caterers/private chef services! I cannot emphasize enough how smooth the process with them went and how much we loved the food.

Gianna from Let Us Cook absolutely CRUSHED it for our birthday brunch 🎉🥞. Um yeah… you’re gonna want to LET THEM COOK! From the very beginning, her communication was top-tier—quick, clear, and just genuinely pleasant. Planning something at an Airbnb outside Vegas can feel chaotic, but she made it ridiculously easy and stress-free. And then… she casually offers to go and pick up balloons for us?! 🎈🎈 Such an awesome, thoughtful touch that made the whole setup feel extra special. Now let’s talk food because WOW. The sticky buns were straight-up dangerous—soft, gooey, and “accidentally eat two before anyone notices” level good 😅 The Country Benedict was unique and one of the best brunch dishes I’ve had—creative, flavorful, and perfectly executed. On top of all that, Gianna brought such a positive, upbeat energy to the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. AND she delivered all of this at a really great price, which almost feels unfair considering how awesome everything was. 10/10 would book again 🙌 Highly, highly recommend—if you’re even thinking about it, just do it. Your future brunch-loving self will thank you.

They worked with me on menu suggestions to fit our event. They arrived on time (even a little early). Everything went great. The food was very good...my only regret is that I didn't double the order of meatballs which were amazing.
