If you want someone who won’t give up on you & push you to keep going Dre is the one! He focuses on areas you want improvement on.Takes the time out to really know your body goals. I have had multiple trainers and he’s definitely the best!

Dre is very passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals. You definitely have to be committed with him because he does not let up or give up on you. Definitely a hard ass you want to hit some days but the results make it all worth it. No pain no gain
