Michelle is incredible. She was very flexible but consistent with our online meetings, and provided as much support as I needed. Based on my specific needs she tailored a program for me to reach my goals in a maintainable way. I hope to work with Michelle again in the future, and would absolutely recommend her.Aug 25, 2020
Working out with Michelle hands down kicked my butt! Better yet, her workouts gave me a toned and round butt the butt’s one thrives for when pushing through those glute workouts. In all seriousness Michelle is a rock star trainer. I had the privilege of training with Michelle for a year. She was disciplined, straightforward and patient. She took the time to ensure my posture was always correct and made sure to push me just the right amount.. and then a little more. We consistently created goals and reached them. Michelle takes the social anxiety out of the gym and creates a warm welcome space. You’ll get more than just a work out with Michelle. You’ll get a life long friend.Jul 24, 2020
I worked with Michelle for 6 months and she helped me so much with my flexibility, and movements. I was struggling with certain exercises when lifting and while working with her, she helped me work on different exercises that helped me in the gym. As someone who is involved in fitness myself, I highly recommend reaching out to her. She was awesome.Jul 22, 2020

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always start with a free consultation. It is incredibly important for me to understand a persons movement history in relation with their current goals. I also like to use this opportunity to get to know the client and make sure we will be a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BA in psychology. A Personal Trainer Certification from ACE. A specialization in Functional Training. And 10+ years of flexibility and strength training from being an elite athlete.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always been athletic. At some point about 4 years ago, I had coworkers asking me to help them get fit and create work our plans for them so I did and realized I love helping people find their movement.
