I am a retired Marine LtCol female and was in search of a knowledgeable, experienced and professional trainer who knows his physical training and has a passion to train others in getting them fit and helping them establish and maintain a fitness lifestyle. Also, I wanted individual attention in a safe and clean workout environment. I am 60+ and I wanted / needed a tough, determined no frills trainer who would understand my needs and listen to my goals and then be able to recommend additional fitness methods (and nutrition) and have a willingness to work with me to attain a level of fitness that was sustainable. Andrew reached out to me immediately. We texted and chatted on the phone and agreed to meet at his facility. Today, I had my first training session. Wow - not only did I pick the best trainer ever, but his knowledge exceeds my expectations which, as you can imagine are substantial. Andrew assessed my level of current fitness and then we got started. He made me laugh, grunt, sweat and work. Music - you got it. No Music - you can have that too. He makes the environment personal to you that will produce the most motivation out of you. I am hooked and excited to continue our sessions. I signed up for 3 times a week. It's my health and my life and I can't think of money better spent than to get fit. Highly recommend.

Andrew knows a lot about personal training but found his professionalism to be lacking quite a bit. He would often be slow in communicating, not getting back to me about important details until the next day or even later. It became worse as time went on and I only trained with him for one month. One time I showed up for a training session and I waited in his driveway for ten minutes while he was on the phone with a potential new client (could hear the conversation through the garage). He told me he was cleaning up after the rainstorm the night before so it was disappointing to be lied to in addition to waiting in the sun. I probably would have kept training with Andrew regardless but am moving to a different side of town and decided it was just wasn't worth it. I'm sad that I had this experience with him with all the positive reviews he has, but I guess you get what you pay for. Hopefully he can read this and be a bit more professional with his other clients.

Andrew is a wonderful trainer. His in home gym/training space is quite nicely equipped and always neat. He met me were I was, as far as my starting fitness level but always pushed me a little further every session. I was a little afraid I'd inflame an old knee injury when initially searching fr a trainer but nope. Andrew made sure to model, monitor and correct my form so I wouldn't re-injure myself. I'd highly recommend Andrew as a trainer.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing for personal training varries based on the frequency of training sessions per week. All training packages are on a month to month basis there is no contract tieing you down. Training prices are as follows... 1 Session per week $65 $260 per month 2 Sessions per week $55 $ 440 per month 3 & 4 sessions per week $55 $660 Partner training is an additional $15 per session for each package. Online Training... $ 300 Per month Group Training... Please contact me for custom pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    New clients start by filling out a medical history questioner and we discuss there previous fitness experince. Then we move into a physical strength and fitness assesment. We go over there current nutritional habits and discuss there fitness goals and expectations. Once all this information is collected I build a custom training and nutrition program. All training programs are designed based on the client's goals and fitness abilities. The training program is built on progression. Each week making small progressions and taking on new challanges. Each individual has there own starting fitness level whether it be a beginner with a sedentary lifestyle or a fitness enthusiast looking for a new challange or preparing for an event. Rest assured your training program will be custom tailored to you and with your hard work and commitment you will acheive amazing results!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold multiple personal training certifications as well as specialty certifications. Certified Personal Trainer ( NASM, NCCPT, ISSA, NFPT) Group Fitness Instructor ( ISSA. ACE) Strength & Conditioning Certification ( ISSA) Weight Loss Specialist (ACE) TRX Certified (TRX) I have also collected countless continuing eduaction credits in subjects like youth & Elderly training, kettle bell training, sports nutrition, aquatic exercise training, pre & post natal exercise.
