I provide one-on-one yoga instruction ranging anywhere from beginners to advance.
I will create an individualized progression plan that can be carried on after our lessons have completed.
I will go through a variety of yoga techniques and traditions to introduce my clients to what might be their new favorite yoga class!
These classes range from yin yoga (slow flow and targeting the ligaments and joints), ashtanga yoga (traditional), basic yoga (holding basic poses and moving slowly through each pose), vinyasa (movement through breathe and more of a flow), and chair yoga (gentle, for those who cannot get on the ground).
The topics discussed at each session can range depending on what the client wants to learn about yoga.
Information is available regarding chakras, meditation, visualization, all forms of yoga and the traditions from what it has originated.
Or, we can simply go through a yoga flow with more of a hands-on approach and less of the educational background.
It's all up to the client!
