- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with the customer depending on their needs, but we prefer flat-rate pricing so there are no surprises. For local moving, we also provide hourly rates and our minimum is 3 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small moves, message or email -- for 2 bedrooms & up an onsite is recommended. You can always message, email or call us to receive a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive experience with the top NY moving companies, and now successfully running our business for several years.
