Charged me for having them come out to install a range hood, which was fine; when the range hood did not fit, they promised that they would give me a discount due to the extra payment. Said they would help identify a range hood that would fit in the requested space, with my requested specifications; spent over a week before claiming that they could not find anything that would work.
When I finally found a replacement range hood for them to install on my own (a little over a month later), they noted that it would again cost full price bc “over thirty days had passed” (even though that had never been a condition to the discount in the first place, and some of the delay was due to their inability to help find a replacement).
