- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my price reflects an honest assessment of what it takes to get the job done. At times I may not be the cheapest but I have great technique and it will be done properly and not rushed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Break the ice! I'm a cool guy let's talk about what you are trying to do. Many times people are kind of nervous to initiate that first step.. don't be we do this as our profession, it's in good hands and you'll have a good time talking to us and seeing it finally get done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 36 month completion of NYS DOL journeyman laborer. I have attended numerous OSHA and fall restraint classes. I teach asbestos handling courses and have NY CERTIFICATE. I am CERTA certified to use open flame torches. I am trained with hazardous waste removal and lead and mold removals. I have CPR/AED Certification.
