I spoke to Ashley on a Tuesday, she was able to meet with me on that Thursday and had me training the following week! I like training with Ashley because she's incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She's does not limit her service to just exercise either; Ashley was able to guide me with my eating habits and tweak them where I needed it most. She also offers writing out an exercise regimen on days away from Tailored Fitness if you're lost in the gym. I started training with Ashley for police agility tests. I can already see improvements, i.e. I could barely do push ups when I started in December, now I can! And I enjoy the semi-private option. It's cost effective and fun! Everyone you meet is super friendly.
Destination Massage is fabulous! The staff is very friendly and the spa itself is soothing and relaxing. Karen is the best masseuse ever!! I would recommend doing the Vichy massage...it's amazing! Love the scrubs! The one on one training with Karen is private and tailored to your personal goals. A bonus is the nail service...Jessica does nail art that is super fun, she will do any design! In my first consultation with Coach Alessi he told me he would change my life. In a little over a month he has done just that. I lost 4 inches on my waist and dropped my BMI 4 points as well as changed my attitude toward physical training. Coach is nutritionist and a physical therapist in addition to being a trainer. He always challenges emphasizing safety and I leave my private sessions with a feeling of well being and accomplishment. I would highly recommend Coach Alessi to anyone at any age.
