In my first consultation with Coach Alessi he told me he would change my life. In a little over a month he has done just that. I lost 4 inches on my waist and dropped my BMI 4 points as well as changed my attitude toward physical training. Coach is nutritionist and a physical therapist in addition to being a trainer. He always challenges emphasizing safety and I leave my private sessions with a feeling of well being and accomplishment. I would highly recommend Coach Alessi to anyone at any age.
