Her bootcamp classes are never dull and she is constantly thinking outside the box and coming up with new ways to challenge us every day. My body strength has improved immensely and I am very happy with how much my body has toned up this last year. Aside from her amazing experience as a personal trainer, her personality is a big reason why I love her so much!! She's tough but always encouraging and adds fun to every single class. And if you really want to challenge yourself take one of her kickboxing classes! They are in high demand and you leave completely drenched in sweat...my type of workout. So if you are looking for someone to push you to be the best you can be and who truly has your health and well being at heart, Ariel Hendricks is the one!!

Collin is by far the best trainer I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I have always been a recreational athlete, and for some time I was just running through the motions. Since Ive worked with Collin, he has added creative new challenges to my existing regiment. He has pushed me to discover new and improved modalities of physical training that go far beyond the everyday, but still remain functional. I signed up for personal training classes with Derek so I could train to run a 5k. I started out unable to run for more than 5 minutes, but 6 weeks later I ran the entire 5k. I have continued with personal training and group classes since then and I am getting stronger and feeling better.
Nate Northrup is a great personal trainer he has helped me through the struggle of losing weight and getting in better physical condition. I'm not sure I would have achieved the losing of 100lbs without the help and kindness Nate has shared with me.
I can't speak highly enough about Erin and Feel Good Fitness. She's been my trainer for nearly three years now, and she's terrific. She customizes your workouts based on your fitness level and interests, and even makes exercise fun- at least as fun as possible. ;) Erin has helped me while recovering from serious illness, and through injuries as well. I've never felt judged by Erin, and she tolerates my exercise-induced crankiness too. Her experience and depth of knowledge as an exercise physiologist and trainer has been a huge benefit to me and my health!
