I am 62 years old and have trained with Dianne for the past 5 years. The results have been amazing! Dianne's passion for exercise is reflected in every workout. Before I started, there wasn't much that I could do. My knees and back hurt and I had no confidence in how to exercise. My goal was to decrease bone loss after being diagnosed with osteopenia.
