After a lifetime of eating without acknowledging anything other than calorie intake, I stumbled upon Shane. I have since learned how to eat properly along with a multitude of body weight exercises that keep my body (and figure) quite happy. Three years ago Shane trained my body and mind to lose 35 pounds, a feat I never imagined possible since the last time I was that small I was 12! After an injury to my hip I unfortunately gained all the weight back (plus a little fluff on the sides) as a result of being unable to walk correctly for over a year. I recently got back into a routine with Shane as my trainer and have already seen amazing results. In just three weeks my numbers on the scale have gone down as well as losing inches everywhere, but the best thing is my pain from my injury has decreased insanely- I am walking much better and I hardly have any pain in my lower back- did I mention two of my abs are bulging out?? NEVER thought that could happen! My clothes fit better, my dresses look dressier, and I actually have the energy to keep up with these twin two year old boys I watch everyday! Shane has helped me see mentally and physically how much healthier, stronger, and happier I can be with a good workout and nutrition plan on my side. Finally someone that actually cares about my well-being and encourages me to be the best person I can!

I originally just wanted to get in shape, but after working with Steph not only had I gotten over my original weight loss plateau but felt much stronger and energized overall. Having been overweight (obese if you listen to those ridiculous BMI charts) I was riddled with lower back issues but training with Steph has really helped me not only get over the pain, but feel good about my mobility and strength. Now a days its rare for me to have any lower back pain , I go back to the movements (she likes to call everything movements instead of exercises) and the pain subsides quicker. Fair warning, her workouts are tough and demanding but totally worth it in the end.
