- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with new clients begins by gathering essential information about their health history, both past and current. This initial step helps me tailor a customized workout plan that aligns with their specific needs and circumstances. Furthermore, I make an effort to understand the client's fitness objectives comprehensively. This knowledge enables me to provide them with the most effective guidance and support throughout their fitness journey. During the first session, we focus on practical movements to assess the client's form and range of motion. This evaluation is crucial in ensuring that their exercise routine is safe and suitable for their individual capabilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After years of dedicated dance training, spanning from grade school through to my BFA degree in college, I've developed a deep understanding of the intricate mechanics of the human body and its movement patterns. This journey has equipped me with valuable insights into the physical aspects of performance and mobility. To further expand my expertise and share this wealth of knowledge with others, I pursued and obtained my NASM certification. This certification not only broadened my understanding but also allowed me to provide guidance and support to individuals looking to improve their fitness and well-being.
