I trained with Katie so that I could learn some new yoga moves and be a little more flexible. What I ended up with was a whole new appreciation for yoga, ballet and even fitness in general. Katie was sweet and understanding the two months we were training together. I'm not a very flexible guy and I wanted to get into yoga since it's a lot better than simple stretching. Two months later, I learned a lot more about yoga then I have ever could going to a yoga studio and I had a blast every single session we had. If you're looking for someone who's as proffesional and passionate with her crafts as she is sweet and understanding. Look no further. 😊
Nadia yoga classes are fun to attend even tho im a guy. She takes her time with each student give that one on one feeling. Nadia is also very sexy in person take my word.
Anna is a great yoga instructor. She is a very nice person that you can learn from for a healthier lifestyle. She is a great for fitness motivation and for general health too. Love my early morning yoga sessions before I head to work for another day full of meetings .😊
I have done private yoga sessions with Erica Straub, and love them. I've always been active and an athlete (and recently done a lot of dance). I find it hard to find teachers that impress me for any activity -- not intentional, but I am a tough critic. That said, Erica is amazing. My yoga sessions with her were some of my favorites ever. I loved her focus on the hips (even more so than other yoga classes), the athleticism required throughout, and her approach. (Not to mention, good music selection too!). She started with poses that weren't traditional lead-ins for a yoga session, and it helped open my body up literally and figuratively. Each time I did a session with her, I felt 100% better than when I started and had lasting benefits on my flexible, strength and state of mind. I highly recommend her!
Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. I have made so much progress under her guidance and have become more confident to work out independently since starting training with her. I would highly recommend Judy to any of my friends or family members seeking a trainer!
Maria is a spectacular yoga instructor. She was able to transform my yoga practice from beginner/clunky to fluid and strong while adding new poses to master along the way. Because of her patience and guidance I am able to do two different head stands and crow, all of which were impossible to me before! She is always very patient, pleasant, and happy and makes everyone in her class feel attended to. I had my mom join me in Marias classes and, at the time, she had an injury. Maria taught my mom many modifications that worked around her knee and that she could use as it healed. I would recommend Maria to anyone looking to practice yoga!
I see Kelly for both Reiki and Yoga sessions. Her gentle, healing touch during Reiki has helped me to relax during my busy lifestyle. Kelly’s vinyasa flow classes are amazing and follow a consistent upbeat flow. Sometimes at the end of the week I enjoy a great restorative yoga class to help me unwind after the work week. I highly recommend Kelly for both Reiki and Yoga sessions.
Nicky was extremely attentive and intuitive when working with me and gauging the type of experience that would benefit me most. My level of yoga experience was that of a novice, yet she knew I could push harder and helped me to escape my comfort zone relatively seemlessly. It was awesome to be able to have her come into my home and work with me on my schedule. I definitely recommend her and her services!
I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.

By the time class was over, I observed a noticeable difference in my emotional and physical well-being. The yoga and meditation techniques I learned from Ellie have become part of my daily life. In addition to being an outstanding yoga teacher, Ellie is also a compassionate human being who cares about each of her students as individuals. Since I started practicing yoga in November 2014, I have been attending Michelle Ingkavet Cavanagh's classes regularly. Michelle is an outstanding yoga instructor in every sense of the word. She is a gifted yoga instructor and her classes are always challenging which is exactly what I want in my practice. Michelle always pays great attention to detail and takes great care in offering assistance to students when they need it. I have taken classes with many good yoga instructors but Michelle has a very unique ability to flow seamlessly through vinyasa yoga poses in her classes as if they are second nature to her. Michelle's students have great confidence in her abilities and trust her implicitly. She has a great sense of humor and her manner is such that she makes students feel at ease while in class. She is always quick to assure us that we are capable of achieving great things inside the studio as well as outside if we maintain the right mindset. There is a reason why attendance for Michelle's classes is always excellent. She has helped me tremendously with my practice and I have achieved new heights that I never thought were possible. Michelle is a great yoga instructor but most of all she is a wonderful woman and a great inspiration to everyone! John B.
Sarah has in-depth knowledge of physical therapeutic exercises. Being a teacher, I am always on my feet, using my voice, stressed out, etc. and she helps to target all of these issues while simultaneously giving me a full body efficient workout. Each lesson is customized to my mood and how I am feeling that day but often a lot of repetitive movements to track my progress. We do a combo of strength building and stretching as she incorporates both Yoga and Pilates principles. I am often very busy and having the convenience of Sarah coming to my home makes my life that much easier. Sarah is a great yoga instructor and I am stronger physically and mentally because of these private lessons, I thank her.
I am 30 pounds overweight with a terrible body image but I’ve noticed that men find me more attractive after I have taken Leigh’s yoga class - I think it’s because she helps her students connect with their bodies. Also, I am a massage therapist which is very physical, repetitive work and Leigh has helped me with injury prevention. Her dharma talks are down-to-earth and practical and her sequencing of poses is graceful, joyous but also challenging. More than any other teacher I have worked with, she is super conscientious in helping each person with his/her alignment. In other words, SHE’S FRIGGIN’ AWESOME!!!!
I have been suffering with lower back pain and sciatica for over a year. I began to see Stephanie Harding for Vinni yoga which was personalized and designed to help my specific area of injury. Stephanie is a caring and dedicated yoga therapist who helps throughout the session to be sure I gain maximum benefit. She also prepared drawings of the postures and exercises for my home program and made an audio CD which was extremely helpful. After about 6 months I was pain free most of the time.I truly appreciate what Stephanie has done for my health and well being.
My experience with Rasheem was incredible. His hands are very magical as he is very skilled in what he does. His combination of Qi Gong energy work, acupressure, shiatsu, fascia manipulation And Tai Yoga stretching did unbelievable wonders. It took away my pain and and had me totally relaxed. It felt like the perfect combination. I have never experienced a massage like that before. I am so spoiled as I will never allow myself to be treated by anyone else. I had a lot more energy than I had before massage. 60 minutes definately isn't enough time. You feel as if you want more and more time. I have been so blessed meeting Rasheem. Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
My personal yoga session with Hope was exactly what I wanted and needed. She was very responsive to my requests for preferred pace, offering wonderful adjustments in each pose. I was left feeling perfectly stretched, challenged, and refreshed in all the best ways.
