Steve is an excellent personal trainer and massage therapist. Anytime he comes for a session, we get to decide if we would like a massage, Qui Gong session, Thai massage, or Yoga stretches. He seems to find every knot that needs work on my body. He has coached me to increase my cardio and eventually achieve my weight loss goal. He knows his stuff! I'd recommend him highly!

Tom had a very individualized workout schedule for every person. He would base his exercises according to your age, sport you play, or any desired workout you want. He made sure to target whatever problem areas you tell him to asses and you will see results. The workouts can definitely be challenging but are totally worth it. As a college athlete it highly benefitted me. The cost of the workouts are also very reasonable and the workouts typically last about an hour.
I am a former athlete who is now closing in on 30 and I struggle to find challenging workouts on my own. Bonnie makes every workout fun, very challenging, and it is different every time. Now that the weather is getting nicer, we have even started working out at the local park. For me, working out with Bonnie is more like having a workout partner rather than a trainer barking orders. I can say without a doubt that Jay is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. I have done kettlebell classes, flexibility training, plyometric work, kickboxing, and self defense with Jay. His expertise is second to none, and his classes are an amazing combination of flexibility, strength and cardio training - unlike anything else I've done.
