If you are planning on hiring a day of coordinator, please look no further. Samantha Jasmin is very professional, detail-oriented, patient, an active listener, and she incorporated our needs and wishes to create a timeline to ensure that everything moved in a smooth direction. She is quick to respond to emails, text messages and phone calls. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly and was so organized!! She worked well with our venue - Russo's on the Bay, with the MC/DJ, Silverfox and all of our guests and wedding party adored her. The matire-D was very impressed with her and enjoyed working alongside her. She always found a solution to any roadblocks she encountered during our day and did it with grace and a smile. There are two things that stood out with Samantha on our wedding day - one of our guests was hesitant about sitting in a smaller chair due to her size. Without even being asked, Samantha discreetly provided a sturdier chair for that guest. The second thing was - during one of my wardrobe changes, I needed to pull my hair up for a dance. I didn't have a hair tie, so Samantha took the one in her hair and gave it to me without hesitation. I will never forget these two things. We received so many compliments from our guests and vendors and they added that this was one of the most organized wedding they have ever attended. We will definitely hire her/recommend her for future events. Last but not least, at the end of the night, she packed up all of our decorations in a box and labeled it for us to pick up the next day. Samantha, we are so glad we found you!

Samantha consistently went above and beyond for our wedding, coordinating with all of our vendors, sending us all detailed schedules and providing amazing support on site throughout the entire day. We can't imagine having been able to have the event we wanted without her help. Her work went well beyond just day-of coordination, providing lots of support leading up to that day which helped immensely. She was extremely reliable and communicative, and we're lucky we found her! We'd give this review six stars if we could!

There are not enough words to say how thankful I am to Samantha and her team. They truly went above and beyond and exceeded mines and my now husbands expectations. From the initial consultation, to answering all the questions and concerns, to the site visit, and the wedding day, Samantha was always responsive and proficient! If you need a wedding coordinator, Samantha is your girl!

Samantha was priceless on my sister’s wedding day! She was an awesome and perfect day of coordinator and she coordinated and communicated as though she started the process from the beginning when mainly her role was the day of. The day could not have been so successful without her!

Samantha was truly the best, most kind person we could have asked to be by our side on our special day. I was one of those people that thought I could plan and coordinate everything by myself but quickly realized through the help of our venue event coordinator that wasn’t gonna happen. We had a short engagement and decided to use her services very last minute and it is something we are so glad that we did. Samantha was extremely flexible and we were able to call her at anytime and she was always happy to help. Her email response times are quick as well and she worked her busy schedule around our work/life. She also shares with you a fantastic wedding google sheets template that she fills out with questions which is easy to read and fill in that way she knows your “vision” and plan for the day. The “wedding essentials” checklists Samantha sent was another huge, clear sign that we made the right choice to hire her on as our day of coordinator. We met up a couple of days before the wedding to do a rehearsal of our ceremony in Central Park and there was a never a moment where we felt scared that the day would go wrong. She was punctual and had so many great ideas for our ceremony as it was not a traditional sitting ceremony in a designated place. She came up with great ideas on how to use such an open space and hide the bride in a public park. We wanted to have it where we had our very first date and there were no chair rentals allowed in that spot. The day of the wedding, she organized all of our guests and musicians so beautifully that the bride was able to have her big moment. She walked with me and held my train and veil all the way until she got to the top of our makeshift aisle. I mean, who does that?? After the ceremony was over, she made the trek over to our reception location and set all of our decor up PERFECTLY (and trust me we had a lot lol). She even set up a surprise at our sweetheart table which was a photo of my (old) puppy who we unfortunately couldn’t have there with us. It felt amazing walking into our reception and seeing it all for the first time as husband and wife. Throughout the night she seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors and handled all of the issues that arose. We even decided last minute to extend our reception and she never let us lift a finger and made it so easy to do. During our speeches, our party forgot to give a toast and she swooped right in and had our best man do it. I was definitely not an easy bride to work with due to all of my anxieties and overthinking and I don’t know how she did it but she was able to keep me as calm, cool, and collected as I could be. That rehearsal day and all of Samantha’s help leading up to the wedding allowed for us to have a peaceful night of rest before our wedding day and enjoy the actual day to the fullest. Everyone raved about Samantha the day of and we loved having her too! Aside from being so affordable, she was an absolute pleasure to have with us. She seriously outdid herself and we could not thank her enough. Please, stop your searching and hire Samantha. You will not regret it.
