Throughout our time partnering with Samantha, we felt valued and respected. She consistently showed up with a glass half full, can-do attitude which was reassuring despite natural planning hiccups along the way. When we learned that the venue neighbor was planning a loud event during our wedding - news that put us into a panic - she personally negotiated with the venue neighbor to ensure that they would play music at a respectful level during our ceremony (a responsibility that our venue technically should have handled). We added setup and breakdown services to our contract which Samantha covered with enthusiasm. She went out of her way to personally add name tags to all the chairs for our ceremony, and at the end of the night she broke down all of our rented items. She also went above and beyond and packed some wedding cake for us to enjoy since we hadn’t really had any during the packed itinerary of the wedding :) We’re grateful for Samantha’s partnership in bringing our wedding day to life. She’s a natural event planner, and she truly cares about her clients having a wedding day of their dreams. She doesn’t just do this work for a paycheck, she loves love :) Her calming presence is a must for any couple navigating the wedding planning process for the first time. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about our wedding day. Thank you Samantha!!

Samantha was truly the best, most kind person we could have asked to be by our side on our special day. I was one of those people that thought I could plan and coordinate everything by myself but quickly realized through the help of our venue event coordinator that wasn’t gonna happen. We had a short engagement and decided to use her services very last minute and it is something we are so glad that we did. Samantha was extremely flexible and we were able to call her at anytime and she was always happy to help. Her email response times are quick as well and she worked her busy schedule around our work/life. She also shares with you a fantastic wedding google sheets template that she fills out with questions which is easy to read and fill in that way she knows your “vision” and plan for the day. The “wedding essentials” checklists Samantha sent was another huge, clear sign that we made the right choice to hire her on as our day of coordinator. We met up a couple of days before the wedding to do a rehearsal of our ceremony in Central Park and there was a never a moment where we felt scared that the day would go wrong. She was punctual and had so many great ideas for our ceremony as it was not a traditional sitting ceremony in a designated place. She came up with great ideas on how to use such an open space and hide the bride in a public park. We wanted to have it where we had our very first date and there were no chair rentals allowed in that spot. The day of the wedding, she organized all of our guests and musicians so beautifully that the bride was able to have her big moment. She walked with me and held my train and veil all the way until she got to the top of our makeshift aisle. I mean, who does that?? After the ceremony was over, she made the trek over to our reception location and set all of our decor up PERFECTLY (and trust me we had a lot lol). She even set up a surprise at our sweetheart table which was a photo of my (old) puppy who we unfortunately couldn’t have there with us. It felt amazing walking into our reception and seeing it all for the first time as husband and wife. Throughout the night she seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors and handled all of the issues that arose. We even decided last minute to extend our reception and she never let us lift a finger and made it so easy to do. During our speeches, our party forgot to give a toast and she swooped right in and had our best man do it. I was definitely not an easy bride to work with due to all of my anxieties and overthinking and I don’t know how she did it but she was able to keep me as calm, cool, and collected as I could be. That rehearsal day and all of Samantha’s help leading up to the wedding allowed for us to have a peaceful night of rest before our wedding day and enjoy the actual day to the fullest. Everyone raved about Samantha the day of and we loved having her too! Aside from being so affordable, she was an absolute pleasure to have with us. She seriously outdid herself and we could not thank her enough. Please, stop your searching and hire Samantha. You will not regret it.

Samantha was the angel and savior of my wedding. Believe it or not but she planned this whole thing in a month and a half timeline. We originally decided to elope and not have a wedding, but after getting out marriage license, we realized that we wanted a small wedding, and that’s when I found Samantha. I came to her panicking and she took on the challenge and made work. I had a hard time finding a wedding dress and she recommended a dress shop that had my dress the moment I walked in. Which something I’m so grateful for in addition to everything else she’s done for us. She made the process so easy and I probably wouldn’t have survived the stress of planning without her. I usually like to overlook things and make sure they are being done right because I get anxious that something might go wrong; but with Samantha, For the first time ever I was able to relax and not worry about a thing. She made me feel safe and taken care of! And this not all yet, on the day of our wedding, she surprised me with a signature drink names after our cat Anola and a framed photo of her on our dinner table. I hope you look at the photos because you will see me tear up after I saw the photo she prepared for us. Samantha, thank you so much for being there for me. You’ve done what a family member wouldn’t have done for me! I probably dropped a tear or two writing this haha.

New Customers receive a free consultation by phone or video to discuss their needs. All clients will receive a detailed questionnaire prior to the consultation to customize sessions to fit their needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
For the last 15 years, I have voluntarily planned and executed concerts, birthday parties, baby & bridal showers, church retreats, and PTA fundraiser events. During the pandemic, I enjoyed connecting people to their loved ones across the country creating fun, engaging, virtual events. However, it wasn't until I experienced the joy of coordinating a wedding that I realized this was the career for me! My goal is to remove the pressure of being a bride and groom so that you can focus on becoming husband and wife. Your joy and peace of mind are my top priorities!
