- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Packages are meant to meet the needs of every client's goals. If you are a new client to us, enjoy a highly discounted three session package to make sure we are a good fit for you. From there expect to see incremental savings the more sessions you commit to. What makes us unique is our customized monthly plans and dynamic packages. Feel empowered when selecting the amount of sessions per week and the amount of months you would like to train and pay as you go. Buy a package and use your sessions across all five of our services: Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Nutrition, & Massage Therapy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process is simple and effective. We start with a consultation; in person, on the phone, or over email. We want to learn about you because are niche is matchmaking trainer and client. After the consultation you will be ready to schedule your first session with the best trainer on our team for you! We will send a trainer directly to your door at your preferred time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A trainer on our team is a nationally certified with deep experience in private training. He/she is CPR certified, holds a bachelors degree, and is completely background checked. Most of all, our trainers are passionate, enthusiastic, and responsible, and are consistently committed to working with you to achieve your health and fitness goals at your own pace. We specialize in weight loss, toning, rehab, performance and aesthetic based goals. We have talented instructors in functional training, strength and conditioning, martial arts, pilates, yoga, and more!
