I was very pleased with my experience with Jaisen. I had quite a few old sports injuries that prevented me from moving forward with any sort of exercise program. Not only did Jaisen tailor a program that worked around those injuries but he also enabled me to rehab them. Working with Jaisen and Quantum Phytness was without a doubt a great investment in my health as well as increasing the quality of my life. I would enthusiastically suggest Jaisen or any of his fitness coaches!!
Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. He is so committed to helping me have the best quality of life and so well versed on many things I trust him implicitly and consider him part of the core team working to make me better. I've had the oppty to work with trainers in many states who were all supposedly the best and can say that Kevin is in a league of his own. He is so creative and comes up with a different ways to challenge me, make it fun, change it up, incorporate things to help build core and posture overall and bring things into the mix like boxing that he knows I really like. I truly look forward to our sessions and always feel better afterwards, it's been great to see the progress and my doctors are thrilled that I was so lucky to find him- he has blown away any expectations. Tom has the unique ability to provide Heath coaching and life coaching. This prompted me to return to him after 12 months away. He is very prompt, very in tune with my needs, and look forward to teaming with him to make great strides this year.

I started training with Stefan over 6 years ago! At that time my motivation was to improve my overall health, strength, and weight loss. After a few weeks of training, I fractured my ankles and could not bear any weight. My improved fitness level allowed my to use crutches without bearing any weight on my legs. After about 1 week (while still in castes) I returned to training. Stefan, in collaboration with my health care team, developed a modified program for me. This in part allowed me to heal and recover much faster. Mentally, it gave me something else to focus on rather than my injuries. My doctors recommended that I go to physical therapy, which I did. After a couple of therapy sessions I quickly realized I was not getting the individual 1:1 attention and results that I was achieving with Stefan. Physical therapy offices tend to be over crowded and have a limited amount of equipment. I continued intensive training with Stefan and quickly recovered with full range of motion and strength in my legs. I have worked with Stefan to improve my chronic back pain and to maintain mobility. As a result, I have a decrease in discomfort due to increased spine and core strength as well as flexibility. Over the years I have maintained a vigorous training program and enjoy every minute of it. Stefan is an experienced trainer, who can modify fitness programs to meet your ever changing needs and physical challenges to achieve the best results possible! Not to mention, "Discipline" is an awesome, fully equipped, private training facility. As a health care professional, I highly recommend Stefan and Discipline!
Had the pleasure of working with Toni a couple of years ago. Extremely patient and very understanding with my needs. She never made me feel as if I wasn't losing the weight that she expected and always gave me great guidance. She always had time to listen to my struggles throughout the week and was never judge mental on my failures. Having had several trainers in the past, I can say definitely that Jeremy is an exceptionally skilled and effective trainer and demonstrates skills that other trainers just do not possess. Jeremy has great interpersonal and customer service skills and is a delight to work with. What really sets him apart, is his intricate knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and to intervene to achieve optimal functioning. Jeremy is perhaps as or more skilled than the physical therapists with which I have worked. He is constantly attentive to posture, subtle mechanics, balance, and monitors the effectiveness of mechanics (not just brute strength). Jeremy is excellent for any level of fitness or experience. I am a life long athlete that is recovering from severe illness and muscle atrophy. My partner is over 65 and previous hated exercise. In a short period of time, Jeremy has made tremendous positive impact in our physical (and mental) health and fitness. I recommend him with incredible enthusiasm.
Ed is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, and has taught me invaluable things about working out, health, and nutrition. I'm never able to achieve the same results by myself that I'm able to get with Ed!

Excellent experience ! I was a bit nervous in general before meeting but Hideka made us feel comfortable immediately ! She was extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness which was impressive. She was willing to work around our busy schedule which was super convenient . Hideka was patient, organized, and had a really positive attitude ! My partner and I️ inquired on training together . Hideka found out our strengths and weaknesses and focused a work out plan based on that which made it feel more personal and unique. Hideka made working out fun and exciting which was really awesome ! She is very motivated and conscious and really good vibes; we got a lot done and left our first workout feeling really great and extremely productive ! I came to Boston in 2012 as a grad student, not inspired to exercise, eat healthy, or focus on my well-being. I knew something was wrong, because I realized I was becoming lethargic, depressed, and uninspired. I gained a lot of weight the year before I came to Boston, weighing up to 180 lbs max. With a 27% body fat and the BMI certainly in the overweight category, I knew I had to do something, but I did not know what, how, or even why I had to exercise. Anna reached out to me one day while I was attempting to work out. She was incredibly genuine and interested in me from the first time she met me. After the first free session, I was hooked. Her personality, her enthusiasm for fitness, and her dedication were apparent from the beginning and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I never felt like I was judged (I couldn't even do one push-up), and I knew she had my health interests as hers and had been incredibly patient with the progress I've made. That was two years ago. Fast forward to today, I am hovering around 15% body fat, I weigh 142 lbs, and the BMI is in the normal category. Now I can do multiple sets and repetitions of push-ups. I am still with Anna and plan to be as long as we are both in the same city, which is a testament in how every session, I feel inspired to take care of my health. I am much stronger, fit, leaner, and confident than I was two years ago. In those two years with Anna, she had taught me one thing that exceeds in importance any sit-up, push-up, or pull-up I do: I am in control of my own health. I am certainly not done with my fitness goals. Being fit, stronger, and leaner is a never-ending goal, but knowing Anna is at my side, I can turn my goals into reality. Thank you Anna!

I decided to hire a Life Coach to talk to 22 young men and women in their early '20s who were uncertain about their future as they were entering the real world. They were anxious, afraid, unsure, many with low self-esteem (though many had done great in their respective colleges) and just didn't know what steps were necessary to not only blend in but excel in their jobs or positions they were looking for in their fields. We had the pleasure of bringing in Mr. Stone who with his larger than life personality, confidence and assurance woke the group up and explained that there was a path out of the woods, you just had to be shown where the clearing was and the rest would take care of itself. He listened carefully to many of the young people, and made sure everyone who spoke felt like their question meant something, assimilated down the fundamentals that were collectively necessary to get them to realize there was an answer; and more than one answer to their issue(s). Through his entrepreneurial background as an Investment Banker to a Producer in Hollywood, to a Private Jet Executive to a Manager of the top 100 Poker Players in the world to being an International Real Estate Executive doing transactions worldwide; his talk just captivated the audience with stories of the down and out (some well known) who turned their lives around using the right tools and told those in the audience they were far ahead of the earlier mentioned people he spoke about in his stories; and he knows exactly how to tell a story that not only moved the youngsters but everyone in the room. He is one of those people that just knows how to say the right thing to the right person and the energy level and enthusiasm just grew and became contagious which was quite a feeling. Though he is a Certified Life Coach which the youngsters never really cared to much about but it seems that his "real" experiences got the students emotionally invested in him and in the fact that they had a plan and map that was the beginning to getting themselves to where they want to go. I can't think of anyone I know who could have turned this room around so when they left the speech they felt better about themselves and their futures. He is the Real Deal!
I have been working with John for over a year and a half now and have been amazed and very pleased with the results achieved every step of the way. My most recent goal was to lose some weight, get rid of the nagging fat around by abdomen and thigh area and be able to achieve an overall sculpted/muscular physique in the process. As I was approaching the age of 50, I wondered if it was ever possible to achieve these goals, especially to be able to build muscle at this stage in my life. With his positive approach, John has been working twice a week with me consistently on a great strength training program coupled with an appropriate effective meal plan. Through his strength training program, Ive learned about specific exercises used to target different muscle groups using proper form, increased intensities and repetitions. John has always been encouraging in pushing me to do more than I realize I can, even when I whine. He always seems to know how much you can really do and is really genuinely interested in helping you to succeed as you progress every step of the way. I even managed to dead lift up to 200 pounds. Wow, I never imagined Id ever be able to do that! One thing that has really impressed me about John is his deep understanding on the physiology of the human body from body building, effects of injuries, metabolism, hormones, fat burning capabilities, effects of food and environmental factors on the body and much more. Its nice to know that you can ask him anything and get a detailed full answer from him. Its not all about just how to do exercises, there is more involved in achieving overall health and fitness and John can certainly educate you on that. John is a true Professional and Master in his field. As of now I lost all the weight I wanted to lose/decreased my body fat, achieved my desired sculpted look through obvious definition to my waist/abdomen, back, arms, glutes, and legs. Ive learn how to eat better and healthier foods. Now 50, I look fit, feel stronger and more energized than ever. At 115 lbs., 5 1 tall, Im definitely where I want to be. If you want to make a change to look and feel great and healthier, then John is the man to see. You wont be disappointed.
