Having worked out with a trainer for 30 plus years , I am a little Leary of saying this because I am worried about Ryan not having time to work with me! But here goes, Really ,Really Great!!! WOW!After only 2 sessions I feel like I will finally begin to meet my goals. Smart, professional ,courteous, motivating! I was very skeptical at first about hiring a personal trainer. I did not want a drill sergeant-type experience, but knew I needed help with overall body toning and strengthening. Luciano has developed a work out plan that is just right for me. He listens to what I am trying to achieve. He keeps me motivated by changing the workout each session and challenging me. He is helping me to improve in areas that I am weak, but is also helping me to enhance areas where I have strength.
I have been with Power Train for one year now and have seen much improvement in my abilities. I would recommend it to anyone serious about becoming a better athlete. The trainers are the best there is.
She is excellent trainer. Not only is her work quality excellent, she genuinely cares . She is very encouraging. I struggle with my self esteem because of my weight. After working with her just 1 time, I felt better about myself. She is very patient and motivated me not to give up on myself. She is truly a blessing.

I am a personal trainer myself and while I know all the science and I know all the exercises and techniques, sometimes I just need that extra motivation to excel and become something better. Janine is the kind of person that can tell you to work harder, and you do - willfully! She makes movement so fun and makes training and getting stronger, faster, better such a joy. She is very knowledgeable and, more importantly, able to apply that knowledge to so many different personality types and different fitness goals. She's one of the best trainers in Rochester and you'd do well to take a session with her to experience the awesome!
Alex is amazing Trainer!!!!! And if there is something you can't do...he will go out of his way to fix it so you can do the exercise. Alex is very motivated, but also can be tough. He wants you to do your best.
Mike coached me for 4 years in the long and triple jump. Great Coach! He know's how to find talent in his athletes and how to elevate this talent to it's highest capacity. Spent ample time with me in all areas of strength, conditioning, technique and speed. He was a D1 athlete himself so he knew how to get me to my peak performance. He provided one on one time to focus on me and created customized workout plans for me. All around great coach and mentor. Thanks for all of your years for hard work and dedication. I'm a greater athlete/person because of it.
Hodari is an outstanding trainer-very responsive and very flexible, both in terms of scheduling (I have a very busy and erratic schedule) and willingness to adjust workouts depending on my performance. In the past two months I have lost ~ 12 pounds and am very pleased with my improved physical performance. Hodari's enthusiasm and positive approach is much appreciated.
Missi is an amazing trainer and motivator. I have worked with her as my trainer for at least 8 years 1-2 times per week she changed my life and workout ethic. She is the best .
