    I hired Rachel at Event Designs to do day-of coordination for my wedding day. I am so glad that I did, as she made things run incredibly smoothly and took a huge amount of stress off of me and my now-husband. She was there bright and early making sure everything was in its correct place, and acted as liaison between me and the other vendors so that I wasn't being constantly approached by people and could actually enjoy being with family and friends. Her prices were very reasonable considering the work she did and for my peace of mind, both in the time leading up to the day and on the day. Thank you Rachel!

    We wanted to plan a 50th wedding anniversary party for our parents and were pleased to find Linda. Since the 'kids' were all from out of town, she met with our parents in person and by phone to set the menu and she scouted out the yard for tent sizes and tables and chairs. The party came off with out a hitch, the food and cake were terrific and Linda was very responsive by email and phone for any clarifications! We couldn't have asked for things to go smoother and Linda and her group were just terrific to work with!

    Where do I start? My new fairy Godmother...does that still apply even though Courtney is younger than me?! Absolutely! I don't know how I could've planned a wedding in 4 months without her! Did I ever think I would use a wedding planner...never! I'm glad we were put in touch with one another (shout out to Sarah Arnold 👍🏻) so I could hear what she had to offer! From the beginning, Courtney was obsessed with all of my ideas and calmed my fears of planning an out-of-state wedding in just a few short months. She handled everything from timelines, vendor suggestions & meetings, keeping my budget on track, offering ideas consistent with our theme, etc, etc, etc. There are so many decisions to make while planning a wedding, and Courtney really helped to guide me through it all. I had some random ideas and requests, and she pulled through with every.single.one.of.them. For example, since moving to the South, I have developed this odd obsession with cotton stems and wanted to somehow implement them with the flowers. I mentioned it to Courtney, and kind of thought maybe she forgot about it, because we never really talked about it again. On the wedding day, she told me she had a surprise before she brought us in to see the completed room set-up...she brings us in and there are freakin' cotton stems intertwined with the greenery on the dinner tables! C'mon!! She was on top of EVERYTHING. We had a couple of issues with the reception venue, and she faced them all head on. She made sure every detail was perfect...not because I was telling her to, but because she genuinely cared about my husband and I having the best day of our lives. Some words to describe Courtney: Professional. Polished. Intelligent. Classy. Sweet. Motivated. Personable. Genuine. Enthusiastic. Organized. I could go on and on about the numerous times I thanked myself for using Courtney...yes, I am actually tooting my own horn for hiring her ;) If you're on the fence about whether or not you need/want a wedding planner, my advice is to JUST DO IT. Planning a wedding is a stressful time, and Courtney is there to take a lot of that stress away so you can just enjoy it!

    I've worked with Hannah on several different occasions, it has always been a great experience. I have done several birthday and graduation partys and even a wedding with her, in upstate NY and PA. She was quite timely in the planning and very thorough. What really impressed me about Hannah's work was her diligence, efficiency and passion. When working with Hannah I always feel that I'm getting a great quality. You can tell that she really works to give you the party that you wanted/envisioned. At one of the graduation partys the rented tables didn't show up, Hannah followed through and sent two reliable individuals to the rental company to pick up the tables. She stayed very calm and collected throughout the planning process. The only thing that I might suggest is if your planning a larger gathering (over 250 people) you might want to inquire if additional hands would be necessary or availible. Overal working with Hannah has been a pleasant, calm and fun experience. I would definitely recommend her to friends:)

    Mike at Syracuse Party DJs made our wedding a giant success. We had a 200 person event on the lake, and from start to finish he handled everything so smoothly, it was wonderful. From the start, he was extremely professional, answered all of our many calls and was always responsive to our needs, and he had some great suggestions for us. His knowledge and expertise were great help. He provided all of the sound for our ceremony which was also on the lake, and then flawlessly transitioned into the cocktail hour. He wasn't overly chatty on the microphone, but provided just enough, it was perfect! From the entrances to the special dances all the way through to the end of the party, Mike was great and our wedding was great because of him!
