When I was thinking of finding a trainer to do a body building competition I didn't know what to expect, Jay has been extremely helpful with advice and knowledge. Not only is he a fantastic trainer who produces results, but he also cares and is interested in your goals and improvements you have made or want to make. Finding a trainer who has all these attributes is very difficult. Jay definitely goes above and beyond, making training a great experience every time. I would recommend jay garrow to anyone that needs a great personal trainer who is friendly, competent and cares about who he is training.

For years I had entertained the idea of having a personal trainer and when my friend highly recommended Bob Alessi, I made an appointment to talk to him. His easy manner, thorough explanation of his procedure, and professional demeanor were very impressive and very convincing -- and I can add that all the points made in this initial meeting have carried through in each session I have had with him these eight or nine years. Bob cares -- is always asking during the workout how one is feeling, always explaining the correct form in carrying-out the exercise and carefully correcting what is physically necessary for the exercise to be most effective. Bob is a superb trainer and working with him will greatly improve your physical fitness.

My experience working with John was top notch. John is a very knowledgeable trainer. From strategically planning my workouts to making sure my nutrition was adequate he was there to help guide me along every step. Communication and customer service was also of high quality. Business owner, Jared Byer, has been active within the health and fitness world for over 25 years. His education and experience allows him to provide the most professional and successful service any individual could ask for. Found Alex when looking for a way to lose weight after having my last child. I didn't expect for his personal training to completely change my lifestyle. He introduced me to weight training, running, high intensity intervals and the joy of fitness. After a few months I forgot about wanting to lose weight and found myself working out in order to discover my own strength. In four years of 3-4 sessions a week we never did the same workout twice, and I never got injured despite pushing myself to the limit every day. Karen has been my personal trainer for about 9 years and I have lost almost 100 pounds through diet and exercise with Karen's guidance. Karen is always very creative with her exercises. Other trainers that I have had just had me do the same routine over and over again. Karen changes up the exercises which is more interesting and is also better for your muscles. Karen helps to make exercise more fun which has helped to motivate me to keep on working hard to get into shape. Destination Message is a wonderful place to work out.

Tyler from Sweat Equity Fitness is the go-to personal trainer in the Southtowns! I have had several trainers, but Tyler was the only one who could get me to the next level. I didn't realize how much I preferred being in a studio compared to a gym until I made the decision to try Sweat Equity. You are one on one with the trainer, and it allows you to develop a personal relationship that I don't believe is attainable in a crowded gym.
