Latest Review: I have struggled with my weight and dieting my entire life. I educated myself a lot about nutrition, but I could just never get it to work the right way for me. I could lose weight - I just couldn't keep it off. After having a baby, I decided to turn to personal training to at least get my body back to where it was before. I was miserable before I started seeing Bryon. Nothing fit me, I felt terrible, and I had no motivation. The first time he set my macros I was shocked. I couldn't understand how I would ever lose weight eating carbs. But it worked! I never felt deprived and the weight fell off, but not so fast that I gained it all back. In less than a year I've lost 55 lbs and have more energy, stamina, and strength than I ever had on any other program. The workouts are challenging but are worth it. And seeing results motivates me to become better. It's worth it!
