Online personal training - This service features customized meal plans and exercise plans with video demos and instructions. It also includes e-mail consultations to allow us to update your routine. Your program will be based on your goals, schedule, and available equipment or lack thereof, so we can help whether you want to workout at home, outdoors, or at the gym. Programs start at $9.99 per week of training.
In-person personal training - We offer in-person private and group lessons for individuals of any fitness level, even those with medical conditions. Whether your goal is to look better, feel better, improve fitness and health, increase your energy levels, or improve sports performance, we can help.
Sports conditioning camps - We offer private and group lessons for athletes of any level. We can help any individual or team improve their strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, acceleration, endurance, and flexibility.
Home gym design/installation - We will help you choose the appropriate equipment (and flooring) for your home gym. We can help you install it and show you how to use the equipment properly and safely.
Olympic weightlifting instruction - Learn how to properly execute the clean and jerk, the snatch, and all of the supplemental lifts associated with Olympic weightlifting. You will also learn plyometric exercises. We will teach you how to incorporate these exercises into your routine. There is no better way to improve your explosiveness. Speed + Strength = Power.
Nutritional counseling - We offer both on-line and in-person nutritional counseling. Whether you are trying to improve performance, health, fitness, or appearance, all your hard work in the gym can go to waste if you don't know what you're doing in the supermarket and in the kitchen. Therefore, we also offer supermarket tours and refrigerator makeovers to show you how to shop properly and what to do with that food once you get it home.
Children's fitness - Our child obesity, fitness, sports psychology, and nutrition experts, team together to design a fun fitness program that instills a lifelong love for physical activity.
Sports psychology consultations - Tired of training hard and still choking under pressure? We can help. Physical prowess isn't always enough. Learn cognitive/mental strategies for maximizing performance every time. These techniques can also be applied outside of sports: in life, at work, at school, wherever results matter!
Educational seminars - We can teach our philosophies and techniques to coaches, athletes, trainers, and other individuals that wish to work independently for fair amounts of time.
