Working out with John Drumm as my personal trainer was a great experience. John really cared about me and making sure I was getting in a good workout. The facility is a great one, everything that you need for a good workout is there. The results were excellent, after working out at Fairways to Health as a Junior in high school I dropped 8 seconds in my 50 freestyle, and the results also helped me in my other sports. If you're looking for a great personal trainer and a great facility, Fairways to Health is the place you're looking for.

I've had an amazing experience with Heidi at Live Fit! She takes the time to listen to your personal fitness goals (in and out of the gym) and create a routine that allows you to be most successful. Heidi not only takes the time to create work out routines ahead of time that help keep me on track, but also works to teach me the proper way to attack a workout which will help me continue to improve my health and fitness. Every time I'm at the gym, I have a positive experience with the entire training staff! I would recommend Live fit and Heidi to anyone at any fitness level. Andy is great! I have been looking for a new solution on working out because I do not have the time with my work schedule to make it into a gym. This allows me to schedule it into my life and plan around it, plus when you know someone is coming to your home you have no excuses. If you are looking for a different solution to get yourself moving, this could be it. He is very nice, super professional, and not judgmental at all. Unlike a gym you don't need to worry about whether you have the cutest workout "outfit" or the "is everyone watching me" weirdness that goes on in a gym. He shows up, you work out, get to know one another, laugh at some of the awkward things you may be doing for the first time, and it is a lot of fun. I also love how Andy knows what he is talking about and explains why you are doing certain exercises. He actually has a degree in this which means he isn't some stereotypical 'meat head' who thinks he can train you and you end up injured. If you have the money this is well worth it; everyone can stand improve their health and you can't really put a price on that.
First of all, love Suzy's energy and enthusiasm about her work. I don't believe she views working out as work. She is extremely positive, motivational and supportive. She gives good advice regarding nutrition, stress eating triggers, and proper food combinations. She has a sense of when you need "a shoulder to lean on" when it comes to this sometimes difficult journey of health and wellness. I would highly recommend Suzy to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, considerate, and supportive trainer.
Immaculate conditioning has transformed me from someone who only does cardio to someone who enjoys the weight room. IC has improved my overall quality of health, including physical, mental, emotional, and overall level of happiness. I’ve lost over 30% of my body weight thanks to IC and never plan on looking back! IC is flexible when I need to move appointments and willing to work around my schedule and convenience making it seamless to be a working professional and gym enthusiast. I never thought I would know how to do a kettle bell swing or a burpee, let alone deadlifts, but IC has taught me all that and more.
