Coach Brian has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. I have worked with him on and off through the years when he was a personal trainer, crossfit coach and now in his current role. He really take the time to get to know you and understand what you're trying to accomplish. He has a vast amount of knowledge that he uses to help you understand the process and how to achieve your goals. Making sure you get each and every step along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's tired of where they are and want to make a change in their lives. Whether you're brand new or a trained veteran, he will help you get to where you want to be.
Eric Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is he an excellent personal trainer but a very helpful life coach. He was able to help me build muscle and cut down on my body fat percentage with the personal training. Working out with John Drumm as my personal trainer was a great experience. John really cared about me and making sure I was getting in a good workout. The facility is a great one, everything that you need for a good workout is there. The results were excellent, after working out at Fairways to Health as a Junior in high school I dropped 8 seconds in my 50 freestyle, and the results also helped me in my other sports. If you're looking for a great personal trainer and a great facility, Fairways to Health is the place you're looking for.

After decades of avoiding sweating, the thought of starting an exercise program wasn't appealling but is very necessary. I found Mike at Pound for Pound to be the best possible trainer for me. He's very careful to make sure I'm doing my workout correctly while pushing me to stretch myself. He's attentive to me while I'm working out. I highly reccomend Pound for Pound and Mike Mercer as a personal trainer if you're new to working out with weights!

After searching for a personal trainer that would make my weight loss and fitness goals seriously, I finally found the best! When I met with Christina, we discussed weight loss goals, eating habits, current exercise regimen and my long term goals, in addition to working out for 45 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas of fitness and diet no matter what your goal is, she will help you! One of the best things about training with her, you also get tips, tricks and diet help during your fitness journey! Christina makes you feel comfortable from the beginning, I was completely out of shape, overweight by roughly 50 lbs (she says 40 total) and embarrassed! . When I started with Christina, I had less than 2 months to lose almost 20 lbs to meet a weight goal to lower my health insurance, she pushed me at each session to accomplish this goal! Thanks to her I reached my goal, lowered my insurance and feel GREAT! I still have about 20lbs to lose and I know if I continue training with Christina I will reach that goal in no time! These last four months have been great with her, I know without a shadow of a doubt she has my best interest at heart! Thank you Chris from the bottom of my heart for all your support. Just started with workhorse fitness, and am loving my workouts! Adrien has a lot of passion for her field and has obviously put in the hard work herself. She was very accommodating of my goals and I'm starting to see results already. If you put in the work with her, you will get results. She actually cares about getting me where I want to be, unlike some trainers it seems. Give workhorse a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Adam is an excellent trainer. I had been lifting and playing sports all my life and thought I was very knowledgeable. That was until I met Adam he blew me away with the creativity of the workouts. He always was well prepared and truly challenged me each time. He is also a good person and through the process of working out with him we became friends. He is the best trainer I have ever come across. Give him a shot the workouts are challenging but fun, when you leave you know you put in a serious workout.
