DESIGN - ENGINEERING - CONSTRUCTION All great projects begin with a set of comprehensive and detailed plans. Let Kline Construction design your customized plans, putting your dreams on paper. All my designs start with an open, interesting floor plan, which maximizes usability. A house is meant to be lived in not just looked at. We can wrap your livable space in traditional or contemporary facades. My years of construction experience help me design a unique and interesting home using common building practices to create custom looks. Utilize Jack’s 30+ years of construction and design experience to help bring your custom build or renovation to life. Jack will be your advocate ensuring your project will move more efficiently, be on schedule and below budget. Kline Construction can provide support for any or all of the phases in your project from start to finish including design, approval process, preliminary budgeting, contractor bidding/negotiations, and construction. Don’t let the challenging task of building your own home cause you to lose the personalization you desire. Let Kline Construction make sure the finished project is nothing short of perfect! Jack Kline grew up with construction flowing through his blood as one grandfather owned a lumberyard another worked as a carpenter and building inspector as well as a father who built numerous houses. Weekends as a kid were spent on a construction site with a hammer in his hands. After graduating from the University of Alabama with an engineering degree, Jack worked for Wellman Friction & Brake and Perry Nuclear Power Plant before deciding to start his construction company. Jack founded Kline Construction 20 years ago to combine his engineering background, hands-on skills and passion for building and design to life. In the early years, Kline started renovating homes in the Ohio City area of Cleveland, Ohio. Realizing the limitations involved with renovations, Jack decided to switch gears and focus on new construction. Finding no home plans for small urban lots existed, Jack challenged himself to design his own custom plans, which would fit within lots as small as 30 feet wide. This allowed him to be involved and use his expertise in all phases from design to construction. Whether it’s a custom home built from the ground up, a luxury remodel, or renovation to your current residence, Kline Construction is dedicated to bringing your vision to reality and ultimately exceeding your expectations. Please get in touch to learn more about Kline Construction and/or to see if we are the right fit for your project. “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

Do I need a contractor for a kitchen remodel?

A kitchen remodel is one of the most important investments you can make in your home, and it’s critical to get the details right; that’s where a home renovation contractor comes in. A minor remodel usually includes new cabinet faces and hardware, replacement appliances, and paint, while an extensive job may enlarge the kitchen’s square footage, install new cabinets or an island, change the layout, and lay new tile or hardwood floors. Any renovation that includes filing permits, construction, or electrical or plumbing work is best completed by an experienced contractor who knows local codes.
