My trainer, Bridget, took the time to get to know me and customized the best workouts! She helped me achieve my weight loss goal and build lean muscle, I could not be happier with my results so far! There is also a Registered Dietitian at Live Fit, which is incredible! I was able to consult with him and receive reliable nutrition advice, which has helped me reach my goals even quicker.
